Multiple times I have showed up in business hours just to be ignored at the drive through. Blatantly seen workers duck and hide from view to get out of taking an order when it wasn't busy. The times I had received actual service were lackluster and rude. This place just sucks honestly, do better.

After getting burgers from this Wendy’s, my elderly family member became violently ill. The employees do not read well and fed them cheese after clearly requesting NO cheese. I’m attaching a picture and recommend staying away from Wendy’s if you do not want to become violently sick. Both burgers were contaminated and luckily they only ate one or we’d be burying them

Late night dinning was busy. I decided to use the mobile app and pick up inside. However out the 6 meals Only 2 showed up on there screen. The cashier wasn’t any help and told me to come back to speak with a manager. I showed her the transactions on my card as well as the mobile app and she still didn’t give me the food nor my money back. She also stated my money would go back on my card. Which two weeks later and it hasn’t. I ended up leave the two kids meals that she stated showed up on the screen. It was a disappointment. Not just because we didn’t get the food after a late night basketball game but because we waited around for 45 mins to even be seen to ask about the purchase.

This is absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been too. After giving them several chances to redeem themselves they consistently seem to be the worst. The staff is rude, they mess the order up, or they just leave things out. I've learned my lesson though I'm never going back

My boyfriend went to get us lunch and he grabbed us bacon eaters and usually that's my favorite Wendy's Burger nowadays used to be the Dave single but now I don't know if I can never eat another one I've been into the hamburger and it was completely pink inside it was so disgusting it was so gross disgusting. Do better Wendy's on North Broadway!!!

Vegetarian options: When I bit into them bake that baconator and mine was pink and then he did he checked his and his was pink too I mean they didn't even take time to cook the burgers.

Going through the drive thru. Music blaring, that the manager was oblivious to. The guy that brought our food did not speak.The burgers were old and dry. The fries were cold. The chili was good, but no crackers. 34 dollars later. We were disappointed, and not going back after we got home. Wendy's used to be amazing..... get back to it guys.

I come to this Wendy’s often because it’s the closest to my house but the wait is absurd. If there’s even one vehicle in front you, be prepared to wait 20 minutes at least. I don’t understand the long wait and yes, I know hiring since Covid is shit and I’m sure they aren’t paid enough to care but if I’m the only person in the drive thru and the lobby is closed, why are you asking me to wait at the speaker before I can even place my order?? Happens every time I go through this drive thru.

They literally changed my DoorDash order from a Dave’s double to a double cheese in order to steal from me, then gave me a random chicken patty on a plain bun. I would at least pretend to care a little bit. Wendy’s food is good usually, I just don’t know why you’d hire the dumbest people who do the most drugs to work in your restaurant. Hilarious, that I thought I’d get the food I ordered.
