Food is typically good. But last 2 times I've had some issues. Order bacon fries w/extra bacon. Got no bacon. My buns were extremely stale on my burger.

Twice my 95 yro mom and I got the $8.00 meal deal. It the worst burgers we ever had. One bite and threw them in the trash. Burger meat hard as a rock and had a funny taste. Lettuce was slimy. Sucked !

Rude, refused to brew sweet tea, chili was undercooked, beans were still hard & meat was not chopped properly in the chili, ALL 4 of the sandwiches we ordered, were made wrong! ALL of them!
Worst Wendy's experience ever!
My whole order was wrong plus they lost my receipt and couldn't give me what I originally ordered after waiting 20 minutes for my food!

Cashier did not look like she was in a good mood. She didn't smile, appeared as if she annoyed and just didn't want to be there. I got my food fast and it was good.

This Wendy’s always sucks after 9. It’s one of the only places open when I get off of work. I went and spent $30 on absolute crap. The lady at the window was super sweet but the guys seemed drugged out and like they were stressing her out. They forgot half of our order, our fries were cold and dry, they didn’t put half of the stuff on our burger or chicken sandwich. My fiancé’s fries weren’t even cooked! They were raw thawed out fries. I’m glad I didn’t give those to my kids cause it could make anyone sick. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular one. They forgot the nuggets from the biggie bag. They mess up almost every single time I go to that location and the night staff always seems like they’re tweaking back in the kitchen. If you have the option to go to another restaurant or location, you should.

THAT PLACE ISNT WORTH A STAR PERIOD!! 3 TIMES THRU THE DRIVE THRU. WAIT 10 TO 15 MIN FOR FOOD and WRONG EVERYTIME!! 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!!
You would think it’s their whole staffs first day. My sister goes to order first, and in the middle of her ordering, the chick just up and walks away without saying a word and brings some guy up to help her find the Son of a baconator combo. They charged my sister for that and added an extra sandwich that she didn’t even ask for. So they ended up having to refund that. Then I go to order, they didn’t add my husbands meal and charged me for some freaking Oreo pieces. So when I asked for a refund for that, they said they couldn’t and they’d just give me a frosty. All in all it was the dumbest experience I’ve ever had and you bet your butt, I will not be back

For some reason it always takes 10 minutes to get one combo from the drive thru . The Kingston Pk and Western Ave stores are 10 times better for customer service

Honestly, where do I begin. My wife and I just got off our shift and wanted to enjoy the Wednesday Addams meal. We pulled up at 12:30 AM and was greeted by I want to say her name was Muriel or Miriam and she wasn’t who this complaint is about. I work at Buddy’s Bar-B-Que so we know how it feels to be 30 minutes from close but a customer is still a customer the manager on duty had no name tag and was rude. We ordered the food and were asked to pull up. We pulled up to the door after paying like we were asked. They served the car in front of us and then the manager looked us dead in the face and walked off. We waited by the door for about 20-30 minutes so I reverse to the window just to have the manager rudely sign that they're closed. After we paid he basically said no. He had brown hair and wore a red polo. Honestly the fact that we used to eat here all the time and it just went downhill is beyond frustrating. We will not be back to the Broadway location. As far as the other 2 that worked at 12:30a on 8/8/25 we appreciate you 2 trying to fix it but your manager already dealt the damage.
