The manager who took my order was rude, the biscuit was stale, there was no honey sauce on my honey buddy chicken biscuit and the restaurant was nasty. I could see the layers of caked on food that was on the equipment from the drive thru.

This place isn't worth talking about. Trust me, after 15 minutes of waiting when it wasn't even imaginably busy and getting the wrong items that I didn't even order: I had plenty of time to write a longwinded review.

They say they close at 1 but I show up at 12:25 and they are closed. I go to the window to ask them about my order the employee said they close at 12 and was very rude. If y'all close at 12 that's what you need to put on store hours

If I could give him a negative star I most definitely would my boyfriend went in there Sunday June 1st around 6:00 in the evening and not only was the service deplorable the manager herself ignored him at the front counter after him asking is anybody working 5 minutes standing there any overheard another employee say do you have a customer at the front and she said verbatim I don't care, so he leaves the dining room and goes through the drive-thru where that turn down to be just as deplorable he asked for a large fry and two son of a baconators and gave him the phone so she could scan his app it should have been $6 and some change she tried to charge him 10 something initially and he reminded her that the freeze was free with a five-dollar purchase using the app. And again she says verbatim I don't know anything about that app this being a manager and that's just the service and after arguing for 5 minutes she finally gave it to him now the quality of the food I have never had such a disgusting looking sandwich covered in mayonnaise and ketchup it couldn't even eat the food without wearing it the bacon was it hard and tough as beef jerky and the meat on the burger was burnt black I have pictures to show I wouldn't feed that to my dog 🐕 and I was starving I had to force myself to eat what I did.
We went to this Wendy’s at 7:30 on Saturday morning and ordered 2 combo meals . The sandwiches were Luke warm and potatoes cold we took the potatoes back and instead of making new ones they put these back in the fryer!! This is not only unsanitary since we had these in our possession but also made the potatoes so greasy that we could not eat them! We will never stop here again!

This place is hit or miss but mostly miss lately. I put in an order on the APP. Two meals consisting of one classic chicken sandwich combo with baconator fries & large sweet tea and one spicy chicken sandwich combo add extra pickle & tom with sour cream & chive baked potato with 2 butters & a large Minute Maid Zero GRAPE no ice. My husband & son was picking it up. When they got home my drink was not Grape, probably fruit punch because its red, and had ice in it. There was no mayo on either of the sandwiches and there was no sour cream or butter for my potato. I understand my husband should have checked but considering the fact no email confirmation was sent until after, he didn't know what to check for. Definitely need better employees or at least someone checking orders before being bagged & sent out. Day shift used to be good but now it's just as bad as the night shift.
