I arrived at the drive through at 11:45 they do not close until 1 am… I was never serviced along with 4 other cars in the drive through. At around 12:30 STILL no one was serviced we were all sitting there waiting patiently….until they came out and told us there were only 2 people working….and would not make our food nevertheless take our orders. Normally there are TWO people working nights.MY QUESTION IS WHERE IS THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION? It’s always an issue at this location either they’re slow or the food is cold or nasty customer service. I work to hard for my money to be unsatisfied and filled with excuses why people can’t do a single task….WORK smh

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes to make it to the speaker and be told his computers are glitching and it would be 10 minutes, I left, never coming back to this location, probably never going back to Wendy's in general tbh.

Very fast going through the Drive through. Friendly as well. I got an apple pecan salad that was really old. My pecan packet is expired by a month. It's going to be hard to vote on minimum wage being increased, if this is the quality. I pretty much just paid $10 to feed the Rabbits.
I enjoy a frosty from time to time but things have changed a lot over the years priced have went up and amount you get for that high priced frozen treat have went down quite a bit, and those that man the front lines of this eating establishment have lowered their standards or good customer service and cleanliness, the restaurant was unkept, service was at best getting your order to you if you are not in a hurry and don't mind Bacon on your burger that was more like a rock than bacon then this is your place to dine, as for me I like a decently clean table and chairs to sit on and a smile when I give enough money for that very small frosty to have fed me for a couple of daysWheelchair accessibility: Those with disabilities will have no problem getting in and out the doors which is good because when you find out how much it's going to cost for the yummy Frosty you may hit the doors rather quickly

This is the absolutely slowest fast food restaurant in Knoxville. They can only take two orders at a time in drive thru and never get the same order right. Food is never fresh and the building definitely needs some updating.

Wendys is always good. Hot, fresh burgers. Many options. Chili is some if the best chili for a fast food restaurant. The salads are good as well. The pub burger was a unique experience. I recommend. And honestly, I usually just grab a few cheeseburger deluxes when on the run.
