We showed up right about the time to close the lobby. They were happy to take our order but we're understandably in a hurry to get us out of the lobby so they could close it.

Can't order at the counter they just ignore you for 30 - 45 minutes while attending drive through. I'm assuming they don't schedule enough staff to handle both counter and drive through the staff was nice when they had time to take my order but because of being completely ignored for almost an hour before I could even order I won't be coming back

They gave my daughter chili lime seasoned tortilla chips in place of a toy in her kids meal she was pretty disappointed, the service is always slow and the food is usually not warm or fresh

Line was out the door when I got there, glad I ordered online. It didn't help though because I had to wait for all those people to get their food, and when I went up there to ask about my order they had it sitting next to the drive through orders not in the place designated for online orders.

This is literally the Worst Wendy’s Ever! They Always Mess My Order Up Here and Tonight was the Final Time. I Ordered Chili Cheese Fries and Got A Large Fry I sat and Patiently Waited for Someone so I could let them Know. Sat for 15 Minutes for the Guy to say “Oh uh We Don’t have Chili so we gave You a Regular Fry” like You couldn’t have mentioned that When Handing Me My Food?! The Older Lady at the Drive-Thru has the Worst Attitude ever I Don’t Know how she is even in Customer Service. If You Want Wendy’s Do Not Waste You’re Time Here.
