Went to order wendy’s tonight for my family and the drive through worker who was working around 8pm on 12/12 was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude the whole time. as i was ordering our meals she kept cutting me off and asking “and what else?!?” in a really unprofessional annoyed tone. She cut us off one more time and asked “was that it?!?” in a nasty tone. when we informed her that we had 1 more meal to order the employee then decided to exclaim “ Oh My God. what else?!?!?”. when we finally got to the window to pay she handed us our first drink carrier as the drinks were about to fall out. and as we were placing it down she started handing us the second carrier while saying “here,here,here”. she then handed us our food and when we asking if that was all and how much the total was so we can pay she said “yes that all” really nasty. extremely unprofessional, may need to consider anger management classes especially as we remained calm and curtious the whole time.

By far the worst Wendy’s in Knoxville. The guy working the drive through on 12/8 at 6:30pm clearly hates his job and has zero customer service training. I’m not a fan of AI but it would be an improvement over that guy.

They screwed up the mobile order (FFS) but for once in my life it was actually in my favor. I’m sure the person behind me missed their two orders of chicken tenders. For that, I give one star.

Can't really speak on the food, since they weren't open, but when we pulled in at 8:30, a worker was standing at the front door smoking what smelled like marijuana from a vape. She had the door propped open with a wet floor sign. When I parked and turned the car off, she went in. When we walked up to the door, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming, and the door was locked.
Won't be back.
Do better Wendy's.

I met the District Manager, Matt today while the register was having a technical error. Matt and Kenny are amazing!

I was having a rough day, had a very bad coffee that was made for me at McDonalds, and desperately Craved a coffee. After saying briefly that I’ve had a “Not so Great Day”, Matt completely tapped into his Humanity and was Gracious enough to Have a heart. He decided to give me my Cold Brew Coffee and the 6 piece Chicken nuggets for free. So Very Sensitive!! I’m pregnant, emotional, and almost started crying in the drive thru at His Generosity. Thank you for making my Day better and being who you are. Stupendous Character.
Will be back at this Wendy’s location. Again, Thank you Matt.

I sat in line for 20 minutes. When I got my order taken, the cashier was very rude. When I finally got my meal, the order was wrong… literally didn’t get a single thing right?. Staff working there on November 6, 2025, need a serious evaluation. I witnessed countless people leave the line because of the poor service. Location is losing money because of the poor staffing. Avoid if possible

This is the 4th trip to this Wendy’s as it is the closest one to my residence. Every time I have visited I have gone in the lobby only to stand there and wait, with no one coming to the register. Today I got the finger from the man on the grill with “we will be right with you”. The ladies working the orders for the drive thru just looked at me without saying a word. The manager/regional manager walked by me twice and never said a word. After waiting for a good five minutes it was obvious I was not going to get waited on so I left.

Just a heads up, if you want service go to another Wendy’s.

This is unfortunately becoming the worst wendy's around knoxville, which is a shame because it used to be fantastic. The employees are either always under the influence or very rude and unprofessional. We ordered and paid for our food online, and came around midnight to pick it up. Before leaving my fiance asked the employee if he could get his Caesar dressing for his salad, which we paid extra for and she very rudely told him that she had already added it to the bag, however it was regular ranch dressing and not the cesar dressing we had paid for, so we ended up wasting extra money for dressing we never even got. Very disappointed with this wendy's.

We had no wait in the drive through this time. This is the second time and I was hesitant about it but we went against our better judgment and stopped anyway, they had to trip over one another to figure out if they had things available. Made a comment about what we had ordered , which was not my favorite it’s honestly none of your business. Also had asked for BBQ and got honey mustard, two different colors. And no receipt was offered or even asked if we wanted it. Very disappointed. First time was way worse drive thru with 3 cars took us 45 min to get to the window and they gave us an entirely different order and same thing with the rude attitude and no one knowing what the other was doing. Seems like a normal occurrence. Something needs to be done.

The food is always old and nasty. The workers don't know what I'm saying because they barely speak English. I'm ok with anyone working in America but at least speak the language. And prepare fresh food./// New review: the people were a little bit better but still slow and they advertise sweet tea but didn't have any made. Not everyone likes flavored tea
