I am absolutely appalled by this behavior. I made a simple door dash order from this location which wasn't delivered to me dy the driver which is fair enough but all I did was have doordash reorder so I could receive the order I paid for bc I preferred the food not the refund option and they have the gall to claim" we made it three times we aren't making it again" first off no you didn't you remade a single order once and second it's highly unprofessional to turn away the dasher and disregard the order just bc you don't want to remake it the issue was originally just a doordasher error with the first driver not delivering my order but this attitude and refusal to remake a simple order and claiming you've done it three times is an outright lie to the new dasher. Nothing will come of it nothing ever does as a restaurant manager myself...all I have to say is shameful how you carry out your business takes your restaurant off doordash if you can't handle it but don't take out your attitude on customers who paid for a service that want to see it done right.

Ordered 2 JR bacon biggie bags the same way . I repeated several times. NO BACON we don't eat pork. Both with extra pickles ketchup and mustard. Got the food 1 burger was right but me the pregnant one has bacon on it and fries was cold. Took it back manager was rude but they re made the burger wrong again but at this point I'm hungry and over it. This time I had no pickles or extra condiments like I asked. The one that took our order said one was suppose to have bacon. First of all no it wasn't. How you gonna tell me what I wanted on my burger that I repeated SEVERAL TIMES NO BACON !!!. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE FOOD WAS TRASH AND I SHOULD HAVE JUST GOT MY MONEY BACK

Customer service here is terrible. You are greeted with an attitude right off the bat. Better off spending your money elsewhere. Maybe then you might get treated like you're, at least, welcomed at that establishment. Wish I could give this review zero stars because there was nothing starry about my experience.

Very Rude woman took my order very unfriendly. Never said hello or goodbye just gave me my food and left. This horrible woman is the poster child for going as fully automated as possible. Needless to say I'll never come back since they don't want my business. You do the same!

So normally this place is ok but it seems like everytime the black girl working the window (like she was today at 1:00pm Monday) is on shift, my order gets bombed everytime, it’s like the shift crew either is not paying attention to what people are saying over the speaker, or there is very little communication. The first time my whole order was messed up I chalked it up to a bad day but again? Come on now people, you all are getting paid enough to at least try to do your job right. What’s the point in getting a job if you’re going to just blow it?

this place is always backed up 10+ cars in the drive thru. then when we try to go in at 7pm into the dining room the doors are locked. every time i get my food my order is wrong. do not recommend going here just a waste of time! fix your hours or stick by them!

I've never had a issue with the food. The food is usually good (as good as fast food can get) but this is one of the slowest places you can go to. Expect to wait 8-10 minutes in drive thru if there is more than 1 car in front of you. Don't go here if you're in a rush for food.

So, I Google what time lunch is served. I sat in the parking lot, roughly 10 mins, and waited for that time. At 10:31 I get in the drive thru lane to order. Breakfast menu was still up, I asked if I could order lunch. I was told no. I then asked if 10:30 was the correct time. I was responded with, we are not ready, even though it's past 10:30. All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich and some fries. Which just needed to get dropped in the fryer. I get I probably would have had to wait on it. No biggie. But to be told I couldn't order? Hmmmmmm.....OK.I strolled over to McDonalds instead. Guess what!!!! They were ready! And yes, I did have to wait on chicken nuggets and fries, but at least they took my order!
