Well since no one wants to answer the phone after me calling 16 times I have no choice but to come here!! I was eating a spicy chicken sandwich and felt what I thought was juice in mouth but turn out it was blood!! It would be great if someone got in touch with me soon!!

I visited this location on 11/22 and picked up an ordered which I placed on the app. When I arrived to the window they were having a good ole time which wouldn’t be a problem if my order was correct. I got home and was missing a sandwich and the fries were not fresh. Well I tried to reach out to the store multiple times by calling and could never get anyone to answer the phone. The phone went to voicemail and voicemail was full. So I went back today and showed the same manger that was at the window last night and told her I was missing a sandwich didn’t ask her to replace anything we actually had already received even through the fries were gross. She said do you have a receipt no you didn’t give me the receipt. She acted like she didn’t believe even through I showed her the app where I ordered. Never once did she apologize which is not good for customer service.she said I’ll do it this one time next time you need the receipt. Crazy to think I have the app and the order pulled up. The only reason she gave me the sandwich was because I told her I would call Michael. I have been a Wendy customer for a long time.

We dined inside and the food was ready quickly and plus every person working there was friendly as could be. Food was great .I give this place a thumbs up for everything.friendly fast clean service!!!

Staff is super friendly always, I rarely have issues here! But there is A woman working Night Shift who I think tries to steal change??? I had to repeatedly ask her for my ones back When I stopped to get my boyfriend food after work.. She’ll give me my change back, but not my dollar bills.. Anyways, staff is still super awesome and would recommend!!!

I ordered for pickup on DoorDash and they almost didn’t let me have my food because the lady up front believed I was a dasher but I wasn’t, i was for pickup showed the name and everything. They then told me if you’re gonna order pickup, don’t do it through DoorDash? Don’t have the option then. And maybe teach you’re employees the difference between pickup and delivery.
Dining room was extremely cold. So, I ordered a hot coffee. I was told it's only available at breakfast -- even though it's on the daytime menu. One individual even went to see if there was any coffee ... Makes me think they just didn't want to brew it. I guess I've had bad experiences at 2 Wendy's in 2 states in 2 days.
