I never leave a 5 star review for a fast food restaurant but this Wendy’s always has incredible service and consistent food. I can’t think of a time my order was messed up or I waited for a long time for my food. I can’t say that about any other fast food location in Knoxville other than Chick-fil-A.

Arrogant. Employees, plural, Didn't know how to use the Wendys app for the $1 Single promotion. Scanned it twice after the mistake of ringing it up and putting it in a Combo. Then it disappeared off the app after she scanned a 2nd time. Then was smug arrogant and unwilling to recognize HER AND THEIR mistake. If you don't know how to use it don't offer it at this franchise. TRAIN BETTER. DO BETTER.Thank you.
