The place is slow the prioritize one person to run register and she spends most of the time at the fry station instead of taking order. The wait for dine in food is longer than the drive thru been standing in line for 20 minutes and just watching them hand food away while still waiting on mine. They either need to find motivated employees or shut down I’m pretty sure the franchise owner can give a crap beings on the low star ratings it need to go to a zero or even just one star

I hate going to this Wendy's. The employees are rude and the food was cold. I didn't even finish giving my order before the drive thru person was giving me my total. They had no BBQ sauce or coke and every single time I go thru they say they have no frosties. The last 3 times I've gone here has been horrible and I don't think I'll b going again

Tried to eat there today waited inline inside for over 10 min there was two couples ahead of us the first couple yelled out that we need service someone yelled back hold on after another few min they left then a lady came from the back and said manager be with us soon he was counting a cash register drawer so we left you make everyone wait to count the money that's crazy this place needs major help and a new manager it was around 2:00pm

Food was horrible the sandwich I got was COLD my wife’s wrap was literally falling apart from staleness of the tortilla out of strawberry for the lemonade I ordered on the app and no butter or sour cream for the potato which is like rubber

Service and food quality has been getting worse and worse over the last couple years. We know that the drive thru takes forever, but tonight was the final straw. I put in an order over the mobile app hopeful that it would speed things up. I was wrong. Since I already paid for our food, I had little choice but to wait in line. I have texts with my husband showing that I was there in line for over twenty minutes before I even got to talk to the box. Even when I got to the window, they gave me my drinks and then told me to pull forward and they would bring my food out in a moment. After waiting and driving one mile to my home, I passed out dinner and was still disappointed. The meat patties on my husband's Son of Baconator were smaller than normal and smaller than the bun. I had a chicken BLT. The lettuce has consistently been a chunk of the vein of a lettuce leaf since 2020, so I was expecting that disappointment. My "chicken breast" looked like they hammered out a chicken nugget and tasted like a hockey puck. It was slathered with so much mayonnaise and even the bun felt like it had been sitting out for a day or two. The fries weren't horrible and the bacon wasn't dead. That is the only compliment I can give. I pray this Wendy's closes soon so a better business can take over this location.
