Waited thirty minutes for a Fuego meal plus one Small cheeseburger before asking for a refund of my $17. Manager on duty told me no. Five other customers in lobby had also been waiting for OVER thirty minutes. Horrible experience and I will not be back and will also discourage everyone I know to avoid this place.

We've tried to give this location chance after chance. Tonight, our burgers & fries were cold, although our nuggets were at least warm. The drive-thru employee told us they were out of ice, but the drinks would be cold at least, so that was fine. Drinks were decently cold right out, but the Coke tasted like chemicals. After multiple attempts (since this is our closest location) we will not be going back to this location. Employee was great, but food & drink was horrible. We will eat at other Wendy's we know are decent, just not this one.

It's a bit too cold in there and that's saying alot coming from me. I know it's hot out and the workers are probably hot but geez. My burger today was undercooked and I had to seriously consider if I should say something or not, I decided just to eat it and hope for the best. It also wasn't warm, so probably had been sitting for quite a while before being used. I asked for extra pickles but I only got 2. Fries were hot and fresh and saved the meal. My burger was really sad, very skimpy on the condiments. The drinks area is always pretty dirty but I do eat at prime lunch time. I'll be back because it's the closest place to my work.

Went through the drive through. Nuggets were cooking a little longer than expected m. TESSA!! Made me feel so welcomed, made sure I had everything I needed!!! Love her, usually hate Wendy’s but when customer service is good it’s unmatched!!!

By far the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. I stood in line for at least 15 min. They were doing the drive thru but ignoring the inside people. It was ridiculous because I had no time to leave and go else where.

This place is busy and that's no excuse for the end finished product they hand out the window Even a $5 biggie bag , you'd swear it was a sad meal you ordered smallest fry avail container not even half full of limp throwaway fries. Hamburger was the sadest part looked like it lost a peice of the patty. Old nuggets and they only had sprite and Dr. Pepper .. food shld be decent the wendys way not how your doing I'd go 4 exits either direction to stop somewhere, anywhere else

If you’re looking for “fast” food, keep driving, none to be found here. If you’re looking for a 25 min drive thru experience, then come on by. Received this “experience” too many times here, will not be back.

Terrible service!!!! Drive through idiot dumped my drinks in my lap then laughed about it to my face!!! All he said while laughing was I am sorry. Didn’t even offer A refund of any kind! Then we got or order and half the food was missing and we got no straws for our drinks. Absolutely horrendous service

Always a very clean lobby to eat in. Friendly courteous people behind the counter and I've never had a problem with the food. Be warned, they place stays hopping around 4pm

Not sure how the person taking the order couldn't understand 1 small UNsweet ice tea and 1 small frosty. She kept telling us they were out of tea and only had UNsweet (which is what we asked for!) and what we wanted in our combo. We didn't ask for a combo! 5 times we repeated our order! Know what we got? A LARGE frosty and LARGE tea. So instead of $2 it was $6.56! Way to upsell! 😡
