I dont usally leave reviews but this is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at or tired to should have known better when there was nobody there during lunch rush there was green stuff in my chicken sandwich like in the chicken patty itself the fries when she gave them to me where ice cold an not even full all the way the lady in the drive-thru was so rude we could barley even order with out her cutting me off to say any thing else when i got to the window she look right at us my husband asked how u doing completely ignored him snatchs the card out his hands an says heres your food took evey fiber of my body not to throw it back through that window do not eat here this place is disgusting would leave zero stars if I could only thing that was somewhat ok the sweet tea they made with toilet water

Can't even use the app its down again and wouldnt honor the coupon cause it wouldnt load ok their screen even though it was loaded on my app. Then couldn't even serve my food warm. So frustrating

The order was incorrect, and the food gave me stomach cramps an hour later. This Wendy's is so poorly run, it's pathetic.

Why is it This Way

Submitted order through the mobile app, arrived at the window, and was handed a drink and asked to pull up. There were two cars, mine and another van. It wasn't busy, not sure why I had to pull up. I ordered a croissant, sausage, egg, and cheese meal. By the time I was pulled up, the lady was out the door, handing me my order. I live about 5-10 minutes away. I arrive home, and my sandwich doesn't have any egg on it. I tried calling the number, and it keeps giving me weird responses like the number is disconnected. I just gave them $10 for an eggless sandwich, and no way to get a refund through the app or reach the store directly. It's not worth the drive back.

This location is so slow! They lock the doors so you are forced to use the drive through. They are always out of something and are either cash only or credit card only.

its like their job is to get orders incorrect. terrible customer service all around. I have never once gotten my food how I ordered it without having to go back through the drivethrough. somehow the employeesnare always arguing or preoccupied dispite no one ever being in the lobby. they also love to not include things that were ordered like fries. all around terrible restaraun, so bad that i felt copelled to write a review when their number didnt work.

The more we opened our food the worst it got. Not only did we order a potato the sour cream given was spoiled only excuse they had was it’s in date. A lot of things can be in date but if it’s not kept at the correct temperature can spoil. Not only did I have the joy of scraping spoiled sour cream off my potato to still try to eat my food. I found facial hair in it as well. Burger was a mess as well and not made correctly. The fries were only good thing. Burgers sucked. When asked about trying to get some sort of refund for all our food that completely sucked and was made wrong. They only refunded the hairy potato. This Wendy’s is not what it used to be. If I could give a negative review I definitely would.

Food is fine it's what you would expect but service is terrible! Drive through is the slowest I have ever seen! I try to give food places the benefit of the dought but it's the same every time I come here! They literally wait till the car before you gets their food at the window before they even take your order making it move very slow!
