I was in the drive-thru and waited for over 10 minutes. Finally someone decided to take my order. After asking me to hold and wait again, wendy's employee informed she can not take my order. APPARENTLY CLOSED FOR BUSINESS TODAY.
Hello Everyone I Went To This Location Today To Get Some Food For Me And My Husband got him a seven dollar biggie bag and a taco salad for myself. Went to check the balance on my card realized I didn’t have enough Mind you my balance was $21 and something cents told the cashier to please take out the taco salad and tell me my balance she told me and it was $8 dollars and some cents So I told her OK gave her my card paid the $8 dollars and something cents. What she did next surprised me, she wind it up, giving me the taco salad no charge just here. This place has a lot of amazing people working there and I was thankful the surprised Cause I Was Having A Very Bad And Crappy Day

I ordered from the app and requested to pick up at the drive-through. My first mistake was ordering because this is the last time I will visit this location. It takes them forever to even acknowledge you at the speaker and I waited in line for 15 minutes to pick up my order which by now is cold. I give them two stars because I got my food, but that’s the best that I can say of the whole experience. Your staff is rude and indifferent, and I cannot for the life of me. Understand why this continues when there are many other people besides myself who have posted Reviews to this effect and nothing changes. You should be embarrassed.
Wendy's is always a hit or miss the food is always good but service not so much. This one has particularly slow service with people waiting at the drive thru for someone to get on the speaker and take their order. Went through the drive thru and got charged an extra dollar (we handed the cashier $19 in cash that we had double checked twice (two of us counted) ) and then the fries were missing from our biggie bag.
The drive thru was backed up so I decided to go in that was my mistake I only order 11.89 of food and after 17 minutes of waiting I asked for my money back and they told me I could not have a refund and instead of just hurry up and making two small burgers she’s going to stand there and tell me it’s someone else’s fault and they where under staff but I counted 6 employees and then she told me she didn’t like my attitude but when I came in she was complaining about having to take a order off and calling the customer who canceled the order because the store doesn’t have change stupid and some other cuss words and I did get a attitude because I only got half of my order and paid for food I didn’t even get if you don’t want to get robbed don’t stop here
The fish overcooked and dry, had to wait for it and when the kid brought it out he was annoyed that I asked for my extra tarter sauce I ordered that was forgotten

Drive-through line was long, so I decided to come into the store, I waited at the front register for several minutes before the staff thought to ask me what I’d like, after placing my order I had to ask for my drink because they didn’t give it to me, And I got to watch the entire drive-through get cleared out , Filled back up and cleared out again before I got my food, the cashier assumed I wanted it in their store, which I did not and when I asked her to bag it, she got her hands all over my french fries, and Even decided to pick up individual french fries with her bare hands and put them in my bag Not to mention, no one was wearing any hairnets or hats, and maybe one person was wearing gloves, but they were playing on their phone

Waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and there was not a single word spoken, nor did they respond to anything i said. This is unacceptable and i will be reporting it to corporate

The last time I got something from this location: service was a little slow, they got my order wrong, and the bathroom was a little dirty. However, most of the time it's above average Wendy's. This is the first time that I found the bathroom dirty; out of 18-20 visits.
P.S.- If you like home style country potatoes, you definitely need to try Wendy's, if not overcooked best in fast food. Read their description to make sure you like that style, but highly recommend!

Wasted $22 for disgusting food. We ordered a bacon burger and a grilled chicken wrap. The burger didn’t have any bacon on it. The tortilla on the chicken wrap was stale, and the lettuce was almost brown. The staff didn’t even give us a receipt. Terrible experience.

They always get our order wrong and they couldn’t even figure out how to print a receipt. Humanity is screwed. They’re all on drugs or watch too much social media. Brains are fried. Lord help us
