I don't know who the manager at this store is but the staff here are below par. I went Friday to get food for my wife and I. The lady at the window gave me my drink said pull forward we are waiting for your baked potato. Cool no worries. After 10 minutes a guy brings just my potato out. I said "sir this isn't all of my order" to his reply "ok I'll brb" I sat there for another 5 minutes waiting no one came back. So I parked and went in. I told the guy running the register what happened. He went around the grill and told the guy who brought my food. I here the guy on the grill say "well it wasn't on my screen and I'm not giving it to him" then I guy I spoke with goes to the back. Granted I showed them my receipt but that wasn't good enough. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention until the lady working the drive through walked up and said are you still waiting on your potato? No I'm waiting on my other meal. She attempted to give me free frosties to smooth things over. At this point I was 30 minutes in waiting for a burger and a fry. They got all got an attitude when I spoke up that all I wanted was my food so I could get home after wasting 30 minutes there. Will not be back I will go to a different fast food chain there before I ever order from here again.

came in around 7:15pm and lobby door was locked - apparently that is normal for this location. extremely off putting as employees just stared at us as we walked in. management needs to pull themselves together- several other people tried to get in while we ate and they were ignored

Please get that flashing light fixed. Some people have a seizure disorder. Especially with the slow drive thru line, it was really hard to keep away from looking at it, since I have really good peripheral vision

Chicken wrap was under whelming...basically thrown together in a unappealing wrap. Couldn't pick it up without everything falling out. Caesar salad had the same chicken cubes as in the salad. But dressing was the only ok I could give this garbage. Not fit for human consumption.

I wouldn't give this place 1 star but 0 starsm wasn't a option. The employees do not speak English or even understand English!!! We went threw drive thru and had to repeat my order 5 or 6 times & it was very very frustrating I finally gave up and said I don't Care ill just take whatever they give me. We get to the window and they still didn't understand me also they were rude they just handed me my bag and immediately ran off and slammed the window. Also I forgot to mention when I was trying to tell them my order at the speaker they weren't listening to me they kept talking to each other. I've heard so many people complaining about having this same experience there at this same location. It use to be a good place I grew up in this community lived there my whole 35 yrs its always been a good place until the last 2 years or so when they brought in people who can't understand us . Also if you ask for a manager he doesn't understand English either.
