Craft baked goods & merch. Best coffee house in town. Finessed service. Well managed, always clean.

This is a "trendy" place to hang out, have coffee/tea/etc and also a bakery item to eat. They have a large in-house bakery and their items look great, however, they bake everything too long. Everything is overdone, dry and crunchy instead of soft and moist. They don't have any normal drinks like soda or even plain water. It is all sparkling this or hibiscus or elderberry, etc. Outside seating is nice but inside they have large tables to share. People were placing personal items on the table to save the seat for their friends who weren't there so they can hang out. Don't go here for breakfast unless you just want to hang out or feel like you are going to a cool place (except the cool people here are pretty weird, not cool).

Large tables so you are eating with others. I had the chocolate croissant and carrot cake. I enjoyed them both. My husband had pop tart and did not enjoy it at all.

Cozy little bakery/coffee spot. Nice inside and outside seating. Seems to be pet friendly as there were quiet a few guests with dogs. Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough loaf and Iced coffee were awesome! Employees were friendly and attentive.Planning to go back for a fresh Croissant and hot coffee.

Been coming here for years and the quality stays the same every time. What a gem in Knoxville! The best quality bakery goods you’ll find in Knoxville (at the level of European bakeries)

I love the atmosphere, but there is often not a place to sit to enjoy your purchase. So many seats are taken by those who have looong finished their treats. I get that casual work/study space is a bit of their concept; maybe this could be limited during peak business hours. No room for friends or families to drop in.
