This establishment doesn't pay their employees properly or on time. If a business can't provide compensation, it shouldn't exist at all.

Just not good. They don't answer the phone. The chicken is dry. They didn't give me the right sauce. And the employees aren't happy to be there. They'll be closing soon I'm sure.

HORRIBLE customer service. Had a carry out order. The cashier dropped my food, gave me the bag ripped, and when I asked him to please remake my tots and give me a new bag, he shrugged his shoulders and walked back into the kitchen. Also, the staff were blaring music and dancing in the dining room. It’s dirty, the staff suck, and the food wasn’t even that good. I recommend going somewhere else. Look at the other reviews and don’t waste your time. Over all bad experience.

My order has never been correct in the 3 months I’ve been coming here. The company is incapable of hiring workers that are able to provide the bare minimum expected out of customer service. I’m always missing items, having burnt wings, or being greated by the rudest workers possible.

Horrible service. Didn’t receive what I paid for, and the wings had NO sauce. I ordered extra celery, ranch, and blue cheese which was not given AT ALL even though I PAID FOR IT. The wings were plain, and whenever I called to complain about it, it took me over 10 minutes to get any workers to answer the phone. The guy who finally did answer told me not to order from there anymore. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

I placed an order for a dozen wings and asked specifically for my wings to be cooked extra crispy-dropped twice. I was then asked for my cc# over the phone and the girl taking my order proceeded to repeat every digit of my # out loud, along with my expiration date and security code. I can only hope no one was in the restaurant listening at the time. Before hanging up I asked one last time to please be sure my wings were twice cooked and she assured me they would be. Upon getting the wings home I was discouraged to find my wings undercooked to my liking, not extra crispy at all. Total disregard for my wishes of how I liked my wings. I tried calling twice to speak to a manager and was twice sent to a voice mailbox that had not been set up? Complete dissatisfaction! I ate what I could and threw the rest away.

I'll start with the positive, the chicken tenders tasted okay and the hot sauce used was good. Now the negative, the waffle fries were over cooked and tasted like they were cooked in very old oil (not worth eating), my drink was not what I ordered, and my dessert was not what I ordered either. It was a delivery order, so I was stuck with what I got.

The worst customer service I’ve received, and I did not get some of the items I paid for. I paid for celery sticks, two cups of ranch, and two cups of blue cheese, but none of it was in my order delivered to me!!! The wings were literally plain with no sauce on them at all. After my order was delivered I spend about 10 minutes trying to contact the store just to have an employee tell me that I didn’t need to order from them anymore if I had a problem with my order. Therefore, I won’t be ordering from here anymore!

I order at 8 pm call at 10.pm and ask where my food is, they deliver until 11pm is what the website says, now they won't give me money back nec6i called dude homeboy...... Really?!? Y'all won't get anymore of my $ and I will make sure to TELL everybody what kinda business y'all are running. Good going Wings over Knoxville. I wouldn't give 1 star right now.

Absolutely the worst and overrated wing place in Knoxville! What do they have to do? Kill and pluck every chicken every time they get an order?? Not worth the 30-45 minute wait for second rate food. Go to Zaxby’s instead! Cheaper, tastes better and won’t take nearly as long!!

Wasn’t worth the money. Very stingy on the sauce. The wings hardly had any BBQ sauce at all and didn’t taste all that good. Way too expensive, zaxbys has better wings

At around 9:30 9/16/21 I placed an order last night for delivery. It never arrived and i called multiple times to try to figure out what was going on, but only got voicemail. I went into the store today to see if they could rectify the situation. I waited in the store for 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. I explained the situation to employee and he said they stopped doing delivery. I asked why they let me place the order, and he said not my problem. I asked for a refund and he said he cant since the manager isnt in. They took my info and i said thats all you can do, and he replied yeah. I sighed and turned to leave and while walking out said thats messed up softly. The employee shouted what did you say. I said it again louder, and he proceeded to shout at me to get out of his store. Not once did he ever apologize or care.

Well we ordered $100+ of food at 11:30, called at 1:00 and were told they did not take online orders and to wait 15 mins to pick up. We got here at 1:15 and they said they had to go get gloves (because the inspector is here). So we are sitting here waiting for them to get back from Walgreens with gloves to make our food. It’s now 1:22 and we have yet to see anyone return with gloves or any chance of having food within the decade
