I was a bit skeptical because this location has a 3 star. I ordered a 20 piece it was decent nothing crazy. I go inside and was taken care of immediately no issues grabbing my order, as I walked back the guy who had previously walked out had to go back inside because his order was incorrect so i was definitely thinking I should check my order before I leave the parking lot. The employees are generally civil here, but they don't always go out of their way to improve guest relations—until today! There’s a gentleman here who truly put his best foot forward. Not only did he provide excellent service to the guests, but he was also very supportive toward his fellow employees. It made all the difference for my family and me.

I'm conflicted giving this place 3 stars, because the service is generally good, and the food is consistently amazing. The only issue with this Wingstop (besides the prices lol) is the wait times. Just for one person it takes 25-30ish minutes to get your food almost every time, even when it's dead inside, which is most of the time. I will say the food is always seemingly fresh straight out of the fryer, and the chicken is impressive quality for a fast food place! So...
