Rude employees, didn’t put alcohol in the vols smash, and mid food. Don’t waste your time or money

This was my second time at Kerns. The first time was when they initially opened didn’t have a lot opened. But it was great. Today I convinced a group of friends who live in Maryville to come. I alone spent $103. We were there enjoying ourselves for a few hours eating lunch and shopping at the stores etc. I scanned my food ticket that said it was for parking. It gave me a “discount” and then charged me $10.99!!!!! On a SUNDAY TO SPEND MONEY AT THEIR STORES. Im extremely disappointed and will not be back. Which is a shame that the businesses also paying rent at this establishment will lose business because of their greed.

OMG, you have to try them! Absolutely delicious, fresh and made the way you want! Great service, super sweet girls at the counter! We will Def be back, this is my new go to for sure!

I am so excited this place opened up in Kerns, it is my go to every time I go. The food is fresh, and I definitely feel like I am getting my money worth with their $15 byobowl. The dumplings are made to order and are really good. The Tofu is also fried to order, and I think they typically fry them a little lighter than I normally would get, but I am sure they wouldn't mind frying them a little longer if I asked next time. Make sure you get the potatoes in your bowl, they are so good.

The build your bowl smelled like ammonia I couldn’t eat but a couple bites it was so bad. The bowl contained: Bulgogi, rice, carrots, pickled cucumber, and bean sprouts

I generally eat it this place every weekend with my family today I had very rude service I stood in line for 5 minutes while the girl at the register with glasses Drew on her hand with sharpies with no service and knowing that I was standing there did not ask me what I needed the other girl was restocking the cooler which is totally understandable . After I stood there long enough and was getting ready to walk off the girl at the register those are you ordering anything as I stood there waiting for someone to help me so I told her I wanted my first selection of mate and she put it in the bowl and then I told her I wanted the chicken and then she stopped and looked at me and she said she had already done two scoops of the beef which I did not ask for I just asked for beef and then I told her what I wanted for the second meet and I told her I still want my second meat and she said I'll have to charge you extra for it which was not my mistake then which we got to the register it was a dollar more than what I normally pay and I told her have they raised the prices because it's different from the last time that was working in the cooler turned around and turned her nose up at me and they began to talk amongst each other what in the world we're going to walk off and I told them and I will be talking to management. No matter how great the food is if the service doesn't get any better I will not be back and neither will my family

Very friendly and generous staff. The food was delicious! We will come back again. The pickled vegetables, sauces and bulgogi beef were all wonderful. The portions are big and fillings.

Got crispy tofu, fried rice with various veggies. Took a small bite in the car on the way home...and almost had to pull over. It was SO delicious! Go there fast, Go there often. I know I will!

The service was great! But the food quality is very bad and genuinely had me gagging. The bean sprouts tasted and smelt like mildew, I’ve never had bean sprouts like that. Nothing about the rest of their food was good, I got the beef bulgolgi and spicy chicken. They also don’t offer kimchi which is strange for a korean place.

I was just blown away by the bowl I just had here. Large portions of delicious, fresh ingredients. I would have loved to include a photo of the vibrant colors and juicy meat, but I ate it so fast, once the first bite hit it was over. I can't wait to dine here again.
