I watched the video, that the woman posted of her experience with the female worker there. She made a full video, shes 1 of my favorite food review critics! from the time she opened the bag and opened the box of food, to the phone call of the female worker calling her a liar over soy sauce and the female workers actions when she brought the food. The whole video shows proof that she didn't lie and how she was treated! Bffr this lady was aggressive about giving out soy sauce. I will NEVER eat there again

If I could give it Zero stars, I would (even though I didn't get the opportunity to eat any of the food).I ordered the general tso chicken combo with 2 extra egg rolls... I told the female that I needed extra soy sauce. Logistics wise, I live approx 4 minutes away from the restaurant. I ordered the food while in Krogers doing my weekly shopping. After I left Krogers, I loaded my groceries in my car and proceeded inside this facility. I asked the girl to make sure that she put extra soy sauce (ordered for my daughter and I to share). I get home unpack my groceries and finally get to the food from there( the total amount of time for all of this 9 minutes from pick up to the incident)The fried rice and the sauce from the Tso chicken was all over the bag, and apparentlyduring during transport a good amount of the chicken ended up in the fried rice because there was a huge amount of the Tso sauce darn near soup like in the 2 side containers within the box. No biggie, I took out all of the contents to discover she placed 2 soy sauce packets for 3 egg rolls and a platter filled with fried rice. When I called back up there, she decided to tell me that I was lying she gave me 4 soy sauces. Being called a liar in my book is a HUGE INSULT! Like be so for real, who has time to LIE ABOUT FREE CONDIMENTS?!? So I packed everything back up so she could argue with the bag as she gave it to me. Upon my arrival, she decided to stick with her. I gave you 4 soy sauce (which for what I ordered isn't even extra but again only gave me 2, and now this is BEYOND Soy sauce). She continually tried to berate and speak over me (as to create a scene in front of her current customers). So I told her to give me a refund. I tried to explain it to her that it's not about soy sauce , it's about the principal, dont call me a liar and try to argue with me about packets of sauce.If youre stingy and broke just say that. No ma'am, then to add insult to injury she tried to accuse me of eating the food... No, sweetheart, nice try.. want to smell my breath, check my teeth, better yet just look at all the contents, i.e., eggrolls, chicken, and hell, even the fork they provided... it was your soup like tso sauce and the overabundance of it that made the chicken slide out of the 2 small containers within the box and onto the fried rice on the edge.... Not 1 bite was taken... that's it for me... I'd rather take my money to my favorite place, get better and more for the same price...

First impression/first visit-very grim, no smiles, lady who took order was not welcoming at all. We felt like we were a burden. The rice was awful, no taste, and just had a few peas/carrotts sprinkled on top. No sauces come with your food, ask for duck sauce and they are very reluctant to even give you that. The Orange chicken was ok though. Won't be back

Ended picking up my to go order 40 minutes late but the food was still warm! We ordered lo mein, seasame chicken, Rangoon, and dumplings. All were delicious and the lady at the front counter was super sweet!
They were friendly and busy. Food was delicious and of large proportions but they gave my wife double meat instead of me but mistakes happen and maybe they misheard or my wife ordered it wrong. Either way the food was still hot to eat when I got it home an hour away. Would eat there again.
