Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Honestly just can’t sit here and take this anymore. . It’s so easy to get my order right. For the 5th time they have forgot the extra dressing and blaze sauce. Nothing extra is free and they forget it every time. I order 2 blue zaladz extra dressing and extra blaze sauce. That is it!!! Why the hell can’t y’all get it right!?!! I’m a restaurant rat myself so this kind of mistakes is mind boggling, Zaxbys y’all have got to get better this is unacceptable. Your consistency in getting my order wrong is more persistent than getting it right. Extra blue cheese and extra blaze sauce. That’s it !!!

Let me start off by saying that I have never had this issue and I have visited this store a few times as a dine in and it’s always been pleasant. I door dashed my food tonight, just a simple loaded fries with an order of egg rolls. My egg rolls were delicious as always but in the middle of eating my fries I noticed a short piece of red hair that almost to the blind eye blended in with the melted cheese, I’m glad I did a double take. I must add that the food was delicious until I found hair.

We had an awesome visit to this location tonight. One week ago our first experience was less than ideal and we did a review that was less than complimentary which has been deleted. I've never deleted a review before but I was so impressed by our experience tonight I decided to delete it and create this new one. It wasn't long after I posted the negative review from The experience on July 24th that I was contacted by the general manager by telephone. He listened well and felt really bad about our first experience at this restaurant. And he definitely made it right for us so when we came back tonight everything was just awesome. It started at the front counter when we placed our order with Eva. I think Eva understands the importance of relationships and connecting with people as an assistant manager and we appreciated her humor and investment in conversing with both myself and my assistant. Her other crew members Makaela and Starr we're just as friendly and polite for sure. There was no trouble with special requests like trying some of the different hot sauces. When we left we definitely felt valued both as customers and as people which is a rarity nowadays. The lobby experience was comfortable with the background music and overall ambiance. Please let Eva and her crew know that we value them and definitely would come back to get another high five from them in the immediate future.

Don't be getting pissy with me when I have no idea the store is closed. I am a delivery driver, not a customer

How hard is it to give honey mustard when somebody ask for it? I mean you ask what sauce why is it that hard to give somebody ask for , just this one little thing? Every damn time I order kids meals, Y’all put this nasty ass Zack sauce that nobody wants Because you can’t do something so simple as to put the right sauce. We didn’t complain that we had to wait for 30 minutes , The least you could do was get the right damn sauce, so these kids could eat.

I know this is a place that makes your food to order and that is why I like Zaxby’s, but today was a HORRIBLE experience. The price of food is going up everywhere, so that is n to a problem. But when you pay 15$ and don’t get your food, then we have a problem. I waited 25 minutes for my food and the only I walked out of there with for 16$ was a large drink. I watched as they prepared food for the drive thru I and Uber eats. I watched them prepare food for the 5 customers that came in after me. I know i am not invisible, but to keep looking thru me as you serve other people is crazy and rude. Thank you Zaxby’s for a wonderful food experience. And please, since I was not able to get my food or money back, donate it to someone else.
