Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I know this is a place that makes your food to order and that is why I like Zaxby’s, but today was a HORRIBLE experience. The price of food is going up everywhere, so that is n to a problem. But when you pay 15$ and don’t get your food, then we have a problem. I waited 25 minutes for my food and the only I walked out of there with for 16$ was a large drink. I watched as they prepared food for the drive thru I and Uber eats. I watched them prepare food for the 5 customers that came in after me. I know i am not invisible, but to keep looking thru me as you serve other people is crazy and rude. Thank you Zaxby’s for a wonderful food experience. And please, since I was not able to get my food or money back, donate it to someone else.

There was a homeless crackhead outside of the restaurant but it was fine anyway the service was good and the food was the best Zaxby's I've ever had I would def recommend

Great. If you want to spend 20 mins waiting for mediocre overly expensive food, only for them to tell you that they forgot your order, frankly a bit embarrassing to call it fast food at that point yea?

Swung thru for dinner and everything was fast and smooth. Drive thru girls were very friendly

The Zallad was prepared adequately. Zenasation is a correct term for Zaxby's lineup for salads. Worth giving them a try.

yall need to start leaving pickup orders behind the counter. three times this week, i've come to pick up food that has already been paid for, only to be told it was stolen by someone else who just yanked it off a pickup counter tucked near the drink machine. i've had to start placing the order in person and stop using online ordering, which is incredibly inconvenient for my schedule. needs better security

Good food a bit pricey, but good. The wings n things combo is my favorite, but it's almost $17 for the combo!

This is my first time visiting Zaxby's in 2 years and I must say I was appalled at having to pay $27 for a salad and 10 party wings. $15 for 10 party wings is ridiculous and the fact that they had no flavor pissed me off even more. I bought the salad to take to my daughter who is a CNA and works her butt off and it's clear and obvious that the salad was not filled to the capacity that it was suppose to be. I'm so tired of if being ripped off by restaurant's who's food sucks. It's was my first time coming to Zaxby's in over two years but I will never return. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for these prices but serving mediocre food. Chicken again had no flavor. Never again will I spend my money here.

Update: the manager did contact me by email and apologized for the food not being up to par and sent be an email to have my order remade free of charge. I appreciate that because it shows he wants his customers to be satisfied. Kudos !!!

every single time I come here y'all mess my order up in some way or give me the complete wrong thing, then have the nerve to be smart or act like its no big deal when I'm the one who has to turn around and drive all the way back . When instead of throwing any type of sauce that I did not want take your time and listen . Y'all gave me 4 zack sauces that I did NOT ask for don't y'all charge for these ? But didn't give me the sweet and spicy sauce that I specifically asked for , but when I drove all the way back the rude girl easily grab 3 behind the counter girl you should've did that the first time . Why do y'all waste everyone's time like this?

David and the staff at the 2024 Cumberland Ave location has my food ON POINT EVERY TIME!!!!!! Keep up the great work and stay amazing!!!!!!!
