Positives: nice staff, resturant was clean. Negative: Food was not fresh because it first appeared to be already been standing for a while. When attempting to eat the temperature of the food was room temperature. Unfortunately I could finish the meal because it was that bad.
Just went to the Clinton Highway Zaxby's there was a cup at the drive-up window says tips. I think that was so tacky
How about actually giving me the food I PAYED FOR and NOT food I didnt even order!!! No sauce on the wings I did get and then I got other food that is NOT what I paid for but OF COURSE noone will answer the phone when I call to complain! And to go back across town with these gas prices and waste more of MY money on YOUR mistakes is NOT gonna happen. MAKE IT RIGHT ZAXBY!!
