Last few times ive been in a few months has consistently been a long wait (20-25 minutes) for cold food. I miss being close to the Zaxby's in Alcoa.

They have ok food, I asked for coleslaw with my meal and got to my hotel and looked inside and he didn't give me any utensils to eat the coleslaw with. I guess he thought I was a caveman.

What is the point of having posted hours if the employees are going to ignore them and close the lobby down an hour early? Just wanted a drink and didn't want to sit in the drive-thru with seven cars. Sign on door clearly states Saturday lobby hours being until 10P.M.

Went through Drive thru, I'm assuming it was the manager repeatedly telling other employee to please put their phone down and attend to our order. ( That should have been red flags) Should have checked, got home and
3 whole orders were left out. My husband got in the car to take it back...15 minutes away. It was a 51$ order! Even though they responded to my review and said they would reach out, I followed the instructions so they could no one ever followed up!

Went in for the half priced milkshake waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and then they said the machine was broken will not be returning to the location.

I had my food door dashed to me. I've been sick. And I just wanted some chicken. I asked for sweet and spicy sauce and got none. But they made sure to put ranch in there for my wings and a zaxbys sauce. What do I be dipping my chicken in? It's pathetic how we gonna spend 25$ on food for just me and y'all can't even get the very simple order ready. Get off yalls phones and actually pay attention.... Had one job... Make sure the order is correct before sending it out the door. Zax sauce is good with fries but gross. So now I'm not gonna have anything to dip my chicken in and now is a waste. Oh and what was the fork for?? Thanks zaxbys.

Couldn’t find worse customer service if you tried. I come here 2-3 times a month because I like the chicken and it’s close to work but I have never experienced employees more rude than the staff is here.
