Definitely the worst zaxbys in Knoxville. Today hair in salad after having to wait 8 minutes. Hard old bread. Dry customer service. At this point It's seems to me that they are purposely sabotaging orders. The employee job dissatisfaction Definitely comes across in the food that's ordered there

Drive through worker was so rude I asked for extra sauces and she looked at me like I was stupid. Called to talk to the manager about the behavior and she excused it as if it was okay. Totally unacceptable will never be back. Food was also wrong and cold.

A spicy chicken sandwich should have SOME hot sauce on it, and tossed honey mustard wings should have SOME sauce on them as well. They didn’t. We got that fixed but not before hearing the 50 year old looking line cook yelling “WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO PUT ON THEM??!” from the back. Uh… sauce? Where do they find these people?
Girl at the front was fine. She def doesn’t wanna be there either. Poor girl.

Be sure to ask for sauce because they won’t give you none even though they’re supposed to. This place sucks now. Cookout and Dennys is better just right across the street. Raising Canes is also 1 min down the road and way better. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this Zaxbys location gone in the next 3 years.

Had a poor experience, reached out to customer service and the GM Candice told me there’s nothing she can do for me unless I kept a physical copy of the paper receipt. I did not keep it because I uploaded the transaction to the app.
