10/7/24 every single thing tasted off tonight. 2nd time at this location and it always sucks apparently. The strawberry lemonade had a strange plastic aftertaste, bad enough I didn’t finish it. The toast had black sludge on it, probably grill scrappings. The fries were the closest thing to “normal” and even the bigger fries were still undercooked inside somehow. The chicken tenders also tasted close to normal but I’m guessing the oil they’re frying with is old. I ordered 5 tenders and 3 were small, the 5th “tender” I pulled out actually made my GF and me laughout loud at how pitiful it was, a glorified nugget being called a tender. Definitely the last time I’ll go to the Kingston pike location.

We sat parked in drive thru for 10 min with no response other than we will be with you soon. Terrible service as we went inside no one waiting counter for 10 more minutes. Then we left. I am very upset with these establishment

I had the best experience at this Zaxbys location! Jordan was especially helpful in my time of need! He brought me drinks when I couldn't leave the Zaxbys parking lot because of a situation with my car and was waiting on a tow truck to come get me. He was so nice and helpful! I wish more places had people like Jordan working for them!

Kid-friendliness: I had 2 small children with me who were hot and tired and Jordan made sure we stayed hydrated!

Fingers missing their sauce on my Boneless Wings & Things but everything else was correct and tasted fine. But the new size of these boneless wings is ridiculous. These look like popcorn chicken. Will not be getting Zaxbys anymore. Absolutely ridiculous the company thinks this is okay.

Had a great experience thanks to the staff. Specifically, Mr. Ayrton Wolf. Hope whoever manages or runs this location sees this and rewards Mr Wolf for his positivity and pride he takes in his work. These are two coveted qualities than any employer would gleefully welcome. I know this bc I was a job recruiter once for a living. I certainly will be coming back to this location to give them my business.

Just swung by to get some food after work. Got the 5 chicken plate, and not only is the toast hard as a rock, but 2 of my chicken pieces are smaller than my thumb. Glad I spent 13 bucks on that...
