Went inside and ordered to go and it was the best experience! The girls working the front were smiling and knew about the menu! And the people working in the back were also smiling and talking to us customers as well! Overall great experience and will be back!

Came in Friday night the store was packed but the girl incharge handled it w professionalism and a smile on her face the food was great it was a small wait but well worth the wait great job and u guys r doing great

Our online order wasn’t ready so we pulled up to wait. 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be finished and 20 minutes of us waiting and they never brought it out. Had to go in and get it. It was just sitting there taped up and cold at this point. They also couldn’t manage to make the two drinks that went with the meal. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. The order was just traditional wings. Not that hard.

Girl at the drive thru snatched my card from my hand glared at me as she gave me an attitude. I have no idea what's going on in her life that she had to do that. I was respectful. Probably the last time i vist. I've never felt so disrespected. This happened around 7:00pm today. ???

It seems like for months this place can’t get it together, I eat here few times a week but the last time I was there was the straw that broke the camels back. I pull up order get to window can you pull up will bring your order out just like the last 10 times I have been there, so I pull up so they send someone out to ask me to pull up even further then I already was, I don’t understand what the problem is they serve chicken it’s not like they have 20 different proteins just chicken and then when I finally do get it it’s cold not even hot so what was I waiting for? The manager needs to take their phones and maybe they can get something done because that’s what I witnessed when I went inside on there phones instead of cooking making meals I haven’t been back I will visit other locations but I don’t think I will be back to this location it’s ridiculous you can’t order pull pay and drive off with your food, owner you might want to spend sometime at the location

Normally I wouldn't complain because I've worked in restaurants my entire life I went to get a to go order today at Lunch time although the time shouldn't matter because it should be consistent. I got 5 chicken tenders, no sides, nothing, just chicken. It was over $8. Kind of shocking but ok. They were dry and chewy like they had been sitting there quite a while. Very disappointing to say the least. Doubtful I will go back but wanted someone to know

Got Mr beast box today. Great deal however the cheese curds tasted like cinnamon sugar and were not warm or melty. Also was told they can't toss the fingers

Love the chicken, really love their frys. Drive thru is usually pretty fast.
