Wow, I have never eaten at Zaxbys before but that is the lightest breading and juiciest fried chicken I have ever had! I can’t wait to make a good excuse to go back to Zaxbys again soon!
Ordered 10 pc fingers and fried pickles BOTH.....over cooked and very salty. Night crew needs to pay attention to what they are preparing and serving to their customers.

Missed having a Zaxby's since I lived in Georgia 11 years ago. Food, service were all that I remembered.

We made a big order after receiving it over 18 sauces were missing and some details about the order were off like extra season fries .
After going back to ask for the sauces they were rude ,disrespectful and didnt care to check what they messed up in the order. They gave us the wrong sauces and the wrong amount.

Went in at 8:40pm. Ordered and sat eating my meals. Mikie says the dining room closes at 9pm but since I was already inside he locked the doors and asked me to come and get him when I was ready to leave. Ten minutes later he comes back and says (verbatim) ‘I need you to leave due to insurance policy’. I had no problem with his reasoning however, this little mf has ZERO people/customer service skills. He spoke to me like I was goofing off in the restaurant. He’s lucky I didn’t have time to give him a piece of my mind.

After someone showed up to the counter I ordered a 5 finger plate and extra fries. I asked for 3 zax sauces and one teriyaki sauce. Then she starts ringing my up for the sauces and says it only comes with 1 sauce.
Can I afford the sauce? Yes. Should I have to pay for sauce? Heck no!
I can undestand if I had asked for 20 sauces to take home. One sauce is not enough for a five finger plate and fries.

Got the beast box and left only to find out I was missing the chocolate bar, employees seemed rushed. I was expecting it to be a good zaxbys considering the rating but wish I hadn't been missing the part of my meal I was most excited about. The employee that rang up my order however was very nice, and most of the food was surprisingly fresh.
