Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. My order was over $40 dollars and they got it all wrong. They refused to replace my order until I got furious with them. Then when I showed up to replace my food, they said they were not replacing it. Not to mention the counter and floors were very sticky. Terrible place to eat. Take your business to a place that values you and treats you right.

Horrible, I ordered before 10 people they serve them all way before me then one of the cooks gets a major attitude when the cashier asks where my food is at and throws my food where the box opens on the counter. I will not be picking food up for the company anymore. This place is nothing but attitude from the employees.

Worst location I’ve ever been too. If you walk in 40 minutes before closing you will be refused service because they “close soon” and they don’t want to have to cook fresh food! This has happened to us twice now!

Bread for all the nibblers was burnt. Asked for extra spicy zax sauce, barely any on it. No fork for my loaded fries. They can't count change back without a calculator at the window and don't seem to want to be there.

Went by the drive through, I got my order wrong , it got fixed and I returned after going home and the order was wrong again, came through the diner, meal was cooked and the 3rd order was missing items, but what really disappointed is that i wasnt offered anything to make things right, not a meal not an appetizer not a refund.

Definitely top tier among the many throngs of fast food. My only knock on them is why did they stop freely giving you Zax sauce? That's a big part of the appeal for their dipper style meals, and it was a negative for myself when I had to start checking my meals at the drive thru to make sure it was there. Why?
