Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Worst location I’ve ever been too. If you walk in 40 minutes before closing you will be refused service because they “close soon” and they don’t want to have to cook fresh food! This has happened to us twice now!

Bread for all the nibblers was burnt. Asked for extra spicy zax sauce, barely any on it. No fork for my loaded fries. They can't count change back without a calculator at the window and don't seem to want to be there.

Went by the drive through, I got my order wrong , it got fixed and I returned after going home and the order was wrong again, came through the diner, meal was cooked and the 3rd order was missing items, but what really disappointed is that i wasnt offered anything to make things right, not a meal not an appetizer not a refund.

I ordered 1 meal and asked for ketchup and got none. It’s a common occurrence here. Also they never sauce the wings adequately

Definitely top tier among the many throngs of fast food. My only knock on them is why did they stop freely giving you Zax sauce? That's a big part of the appeal for their dipper style meals, and it was a negative for myself when I had to start checking my meals at the drive thru to make sure it was there. Why?

I don't post bad reviews, but I've had one two many bad visits here. Drive through is quick, but order through app for pickup is always missing something. This time they insisted they put the missing items in the order and insinuated that I was lying. The chicken looks over cooked and dry and now it's cold since I had to go back again and get missing food for my kids. Probably not going to come back to Hardin Valley location. They don't seem to really care if it's right.

Says they close at 10 . Got there and they had the damn door locked at 8:50. Why put on Google that you're open to 10 if it's just the drive thru and you're not having people inside a sit down restaurant. Real shady!!

The staff was just incredibly friendly, it's always refreshing to see. Definitely one of the better zaxbys!

Don’t know her name but there was an older woman with glasses that took my order and she was absolutely incredible. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve come here countless times, food comes fast, workers always have a smile and love to joke around! 5 stars for sure
