All of my food was luke warm to cold. You can tell the chicken had been cooked long before I got my meal. I ordered sweet tea and they gave me unsweet tea. This was during their busy lunch rush so no excuse for not having fresh food. Just an overall disappointment.

The best Zaxbys I've ever been to. Got my food super fast and the order was accurate. All the employees were courteous and helpful. The zaxbys in Sevierville and Seymour could take a lesson from this one. This zaxbys is out of my way, but I'm making it my default zaxbys. We'll done staff!

Since when they started charging for each sauce they asked you want? Never seen that in any other location or fast food. Also didn't call me by my right name which was confusing and food was simply okay. Fries were cold and probably undercooked.

I won't be be back. The chicken is just not normal.
The only thing I would say is the cashier needs to speak up more and the soda machine was a mess and broke . I am guessing one the managers came out and cleaned up the floor and machine. Overall a good meal. Thank you

The staff are rude and impatient, they do not care and want you to go away, indeed I will!
Food is decent, but sandwhiches are sloppily thrown together fries are undercooked.
They consistently fail at making sure orders are correct. Instead of fixing a customer's problem, they sigh and give excuses.
All of this sucks because even I was an employee at a Zaxby's location for a year. Don't waste your hard-earned cash at this resturaunt.
