For the second time at this restaurant terrible service!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they proved to me that I wasted my time. I didn't like being treated like a I'm an idiot... Won't EV very be back!!

I do not recommend the chicken quesadilla. The items inside start falling out when you pick it up and I was not given a fork. At any Mexican restaurant, when you pay $11 for a quesadilla it comes with sides, chips & salsa. Not here. You get one packet of Ranch and nothing else.

I placed an order online thinking it'll ease the order process. We arrive to pick up the food and they claim they can't find the order despite me showing the order confirmation and order number. After waiting 20 mins, they were able to locate the order, but unfortunately we waited another 30 mins after that to get 3 combo meals. Fast food shouldn't take an hour to get. Chick fila doesn't have a problem getting food out fresh and fast, but apparently Zaxby's can't figure it out.
What a great place Jennifer the GM. Can’t say enough great things about her! She has turned that place around. Came in after a long day with the crew and she seen the looks on our face of just being exhausted. She went above and beyond to make our evening better. Hands down made our night with her being the one that handle our orders and even checking on us!
They show a closing time of 11pm on Friday nights, I tried to pull through at 10:35pm after a long night at the emergency room. They said they were closed. Things like that have to do with lazy employees who want to cut their shifts short.

okay so i’m from new england and we don’t got zaxbys out there and i tried zaxbys for the first time today and yall did not disappoint😍 idk if maybe i just caught yall at a good time or if it’s always this good but it was literally so good. the chicken was fresh, juicy, and well seasoned, the fries were crispy and well seasoned, the coleslaw was crunchy, juicy, but not too liquidy and the toast had a generous amount of butter on it.
