We just sort of fell out of the sky and landed in the Kern's food court for the first time last weekend, and decided we wanted to eat here, and we're sure glad we did! I ordered the Godzilla burrito and split with my wife, while our son got the Shrimp Volcano. Our daughters wanted some doughnuts from another vendor but our middle one decided to try the Matcha Lemonade from Zukku's. We were all very satisfied with our orders, and my wife was especially impressed with how fresh our order was. Also, the manager, John, was working that day and he was the absolute nicest, most helpful person we talked to all day. John is an expert in customer service and deserves all the praise we can send his way! His staff was excellent also, but I did not catch their names. We will return!

We went here and it was just okay. We ordered then after we ordered they told us they were out of cucumber for the rolls and used asparagus instead (different but okay) then they were out of salmon for a roll we got and used tuna instead again that’s fine I get you run out of things but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of ordering and paying. Then the dumplings we got were cold in the middle. For the price I kind of expected more, again rolls were okay, but I would not go back.

This was my second time at Kerns. The first time was when they initially opened didn’t have a lot opened. But it was great. Today I convinced a group of friends who live in Maryville to come. I alone spent $103. We were there enjoying ourselves for a few hours eating lunch and shopping at the stores etc. I scanned my food ticket that said it was for parking. It gave me a “discount” and then charged me $10.99!!!!! On a SUNDAY TO SPEND MONEY AT THEIR STORES. Im extremely disappointed and will not be back. Which is a shame that the businesses also paying rent at this establishment will lose business because of their greed.

Loved my lil poke bowl and miso soup. Got the Zukku roll by mistake, but it was delicious. The manager, John I believe was his name, was super friendly and offered to make it right, but when he told me it was his favorite roll i decided to give it a shot. Never would have gone out on a limb to try that myself, so it ended up being a happy accident. He was also super helpful with topping suggestions for my poke bowl, and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I came back up to get lids and whatnot for leftovers. I’ll definitely be back ?

While we have enjoyed the food hall, everything we have eaten along with the bar have been fine. My reason for the negative review is the new parking. The plate reader doesn’t scan you leaving until you are pulling out into Chapman which we all know isn’t easy when traffic is heavy. Today we left in time to not get a fee but had to wait for a couple of people in front of us to get out as well which put us literally 30 seconds over the limit resulting in not a $5 charge but 5.99. It’s not the money but the principle.

My family absolutely loves the karaoke. It's family friendly, kids can sing, dance and we can still enjoy an adult beverage if we choose, or donuts while we sing amongst the other amazing treats we can't wait to try. The mobile Karaoke is where its at.

Disappointed with the value. Extremely bland. Poke bowl cost $20 after tip and was 1/2 of the tuna you get at similar poke bowl shops.

First time here - absolutely delicious. Top notch service and sushi.

We tried Zukku Roll & Masterpiece Roll. Both tasted very tasty.

Rolls are freshly made for each order - fresh and quality ingredients.

Love the available seating. Plenty space, tables to sit at.

Parking: Lots of parking spots available - free.

Kid-friendliness: Not sure about all the kids, but mine are 7 & 10 and they LOVE sushi. There are lots of rolls here that my kids love and enjoy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatics doors - gotta press the button for them to open.

I ordered online, I wanted a poke bowl with crab meat, they didn't have it so I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me.

I ordered a custom two protein sushi bowl with tempura shrimp and crab mix. I also ordered it with the ginger sauce. There wasn’t any tempura shrimp in the bowl only crab mix, and no ginger sauce. This cost right around $20 and would have been great if they hadn’t left the main ingredients that I ordered out.
