I went through the drive thru on 9/6/25 to get my usual snack on the way home from work and was overall having a low day and Allen made my day so much better. I know that some people will think getting offered a crown is silly, but it truly made my day so much better. Also of course the food was amazing. I highly suggest trying the cotton candy cloud with the cold foam on the bottom!!!

It was late and we were coming home after a day of traveling. The drive-thru speaker wasn't working in the line was super long because everyone had to order at the window. But once we got to order I wanted to mention Allen with thoughtful and kind and made sure we were ordering things in a bundle if it was able to save us money. The food was hot and fresh and he made the long wait worth it in the end. A lot of restaurants can be frustrated and annoyed especially when the speaker's not working and it's super busy at 11:00 at night on a weekend. But he was happy and ready to help.

Don't go there while Chelsea is there. It maybe cus I was black I don't know don't care at this point. First they made my burger wrong then gave me packets of ketchup which I'm allergic to no biggie cus there in packages. After looking at the sandwich these people put ketchup on them whipped it off lol and I wanted was my money back because I figured they worked hard for that hour right well I worked hard for that 14 bucks for the meal. Neway she rudely told me to leave and that I was mad over nothing lol.
Service was horrible. Ice cream machine always not working. Im not going back. EVER

Don't bother with doing the survey for the non free wopper. You have to pay $6+ to get it.
The wopper burger sizes have been changed, and now are tiny, and that is why I did the survey. You can go to Hardee's and get something 2x the size for the same or less.

It's your typical fast food place. You kinda have to grade places on a curve. You can't compare it on the same scale as a regular restaurant. But, my burger was fresh and had good flavor. The fries were hot. And I enjoyed it for what it was. The dining room was clean and the people were nice. They were out of the fiery mozzarella fries which made me sad but what can you do?

Ordering through the app doesn't do any good because they don't start making your stuff until you get there, anyway. From time of order until receiving the food was almost 40 minutes, and it was only a 7 minute drive to the store. It took long enough to prepare the order that by the time we got our food, the shakes that were prepared as soon as we got there were melted and basically just cups of chocolate milk.
