Meet my Biological father for the third time in going on 43 years of life the week of my wedding where he walked me down the isle to my wedding. We had talked about how when I was a little girl I loved their fried funny enough still do 4q years later I told him I would run in and grab a friend real quick as being a soon to be bride forgetting to eat is a real thing ladies! Anyways my Daddy goes ill go get your fries Mary, we'll he brought my fiance me and himself fries and we sat there andaugged in our cars and ate our fries and then went to our cabin! Blessed memories made that day!

Went through dive through got there double fish sandwiches they were great but I did not like there sweet tarter sauce. I like the dill one. I would go back and take my own tarter sauce

Food was cold…I was so excited to try Checkers/ Rallys again since we dont have it where Im from. I was so disappointed when it came out cold, dry and somehow the bread was mushy….I don’t think I will ever go back to any Checkers or Rallys again.

Me and my wife traveled from Pennsylvania to spend the weekend in Pigeon Forge. We both got the $4 deal. It was pleasantly, and the deep fried apple pie was really good. The 2 people that were there was very nice and fun to talk to. Looking forward to get some again.

Best fries anywhere. Their extra large order of fries now come in a box to help keep them warm. Excellent!! Their hamburgers are good, too. It’s much appreciated they have Cherry Coke on tap. I wish Checkers had many, many, many more locations across the US and the world.

Do not eat here! I found several hairs in my burger within the first two bites. And it was obviously from multiple people because some were black and some were blonde. It takes forever to actually get your food when you order. When I went back to the window (the lobby is always closed), the girl just acted like it was no big deal and said she would be right back. Never came back to the window. I definitely do not recommend this Checkers! Almost $30 wasted for my son and I to not be able to eat the food.

We went there on June 7, 2025 and we had to wait for 15 to 30 mins just to get food and they were messing up orders and they don't clean and at the end before I left they had bugs and to top it off I got sick from eating there I will be calling corporate and we will never eat there again I even have a picture of the bug inside

I have been to this Checkers more than once. The other visits were long ago so I have a new and fresh opinion. If you're wanting quick service and a sit in eatery, DO NOT COME HERE. I rolled in about 11am. Didn't get anyone to the drive through until 11:15 sitting there for a long time. FINALLY got my food about 11:30. The entire interior of the store was closed despite there being plenty of staff (I counted five).
What has brought this rating up and is the reason I ultimately recommend it, the food was FANTASTIC. TOTALLY worth the wait. My chicken tenders were fiery hot and still hot 30 minutes departed from the store. Juicy and fantastic.
Overall, this place has been VERY good food wise but lackluster service wise in my visits. Be advised...

If you're traveling on a tight time budget don't gamble going to this checkers.
Rolled in starving at 930pm on a long trip without a lot of time to waste, definitely someone there with open signs on each door but wasted 15 minutes trying to figure out if they were open... walked up to each door to find both entrances locked, even though they had signs saying open...
I get people have bad days and people don't show up so places are understaffed, trust me i get it as my wife complains about me being short staffed all the time but if you're going to lock up over 30 minutes early at least put the closed signs up vs letting others waste 15 minutes trying to figure out if you're open or not, this checkers was advertised at being open until 10pm.
I don't normally leave negative reviews but hoping this review at least reminds someone if they close up over 30 minutes early (got there technically before 930 pm) and you're going to take the time to lock the doors, take the time to flip the ducking sign to closed. Don't hide in the back, just own the fact you're closing early so people don't waste time trying to figure it out.
It's a shame checkers has some of the best artery clogging seasoned burgers and fries out there but are closing down faster than kmarts did back in the day due to labor issues..
