We enjoyed a truly wonderful experience dining at "The Chop House!! We were warmly greeted, then seated at the most perfect booth. Then, things just kept getting better. --Our waitress, Tiffany, is about the best there is on the planet--welcoming, incredibly cheerful and positive, great conversationalist, and knew every item on the menu cold!! And, her food recommendations were spot-on! She's a phenomenal Ambassador of the Chop House brand! --Our dinner items were cooked to perfection, professionally presented, and tasted amazing! The salads, crab cakes, grilled shrimp and filet of beef medallions were simply delicious!!!! --Can't forget, the drinks clearly hit the spot; we had an Expresso Martini, an Old Fashioned and a glass of wine--all topnotch!! My wife and I plan to return to this special place when we pass through the area again!!! In short, I highly recommend this great restaurant!! Thanks again Tiffany--you're the best!!! We had a relaxing dinner after driving for 5 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful and our server was outstanding! My trout special was very good and my husband loved his ribeye. We'll definitely be back!

Arrived and checked in on time of reservation. Was told by a rude young man it would be a few minutes, they were clearing tables. 20min passes, walk-ins were seated and other reservations. I approached him again, another 11 min wait. We were then seated in the back room. The waitress was smiles but not friendly. The steak was very greasy and chicken was tough and dry. The experience was enough to not go back and I would not recommend it.

The Chop House in Kodak is one of the best "hidden" gems in Sevierville (Kodak is just before you get to Sevierville). We had 12 people at dinner and the service was outstanding. She was quick to get to the table and take the drink order. Helped a few people pick out a wonderful wine! The food was fantastic (as usual), and everyone who worked there was courteous and kind. This is a great restaurant to go as a couple or with a group. Food is always great and so is the service.

The chop house in Kodak is one of our favorite places to eat when we come visit the pigeon forge area. Always excellent food and service. I particularly like that it's one of the few restaurants that still take reservations.

The Husband and I enjoyed our weekly date night here yesterday. It was our 1st time at this location and we both agreed it was the best dining experience we’ve had locally… literally Ever! Our server Ben was very nice and super attentive.. a little soft spoken and hard to hear but he did an amazing job nonetheless. We normally avoid local restaurants because they’re always over crowded and the food lacking because of it, but this place exceeded our expectations. This will be our new regular spot for our date nights!

We have never been to this regional chain of steakhouses before. I must say the experience was fantastic. Service, food and accommodations were excellent. Our reservation was on time and executed promptly. The offerings were what you would expect from a steakhouse and delivered that with the exception that all entrees were exactly on point. My compliments to the back of the house and front of the house.

Upon entering the restaurant a staff member graciously held the door for my group and the group ahead of us, as both groups had people who cannot walk without assistance. Inside we were seated quickly and our server was attentive getting our order fast. The kitchen was quick to get our tasty food ready. Thank you to everyone!

Made reservations for my husbands 70th birthday way in advance. Got seated at a bad table in the tv room, felt like a Schock restaurant. Food and service not good, overall bad experience. Do not order the shrimp bisque!!!! Awful.
