We eat at CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE ON HWY 66 in Sevierville, Tn at least 4 times a month.
The staff is like family, the food is awesome, healthy, looks delicious and tastes like grandma made. The cost is almost the same as fast food, but the portion is filling and service, Jami and Sharon are like family.
Great food breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Kevin was an awesome server. He walked us through the menu, suggesting the wonderful holiday options, and giving us the best experience possible. He checked in at our table, prebussed regularly with check-ins, and managed tables at a healthy pace. He is a killer server and a wonderful human. He was able to even help bus the tables around him to help keep rotation at a regular pace. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season! You're killing it!

After we got seated it took at least 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table, the food took even longer and when my food arrived it was stone cold and my sausage pattie was totally dried out. But after waiting close to an hour for this we all ate our meals. We were on the road for hours and were hungry. I will never eat in the restaurant again if I can avoid it at all. But I love the country store.
