I ordered my food through the app. When I came to the restaurant, they told me they don’t have anything. Additionally, they can’t cancel my order. So, I don’t have food and I don’t have my money as well.

I have tried and tried to get a dark roast coffee when I first started getting it there there were always grounds in it apparently now when I ask for dark roast they give me just regular coffee and think I won't know the difference well I do !! Besides food either cold or burnt I believe they just don't give a crap . I have brought it to there attention several times and nothing . And I guess the manager does not read these because if they do then they just don't care , so now I will have to drive to another location pretty far down the road and it sucks

Been there several times, hoping next visit would be better but no. They CANNOT get an order right with it printed out in front of them, then they are rude for their errors. Tired of trying them. Waste of time and money. Won't be back this is the dunkin in kodak, beside Weigels.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant hash brown and a cup coffee plus what the wife and kid ordered. No hash browns or coffee it was the first thing I asked for. The cashier should listen and read ordered back. Croissant bottom was hard..

We bought 2 wraps, a English muffin sandwich, and 2 drinks. Drinks are good, wraps are what you'd expect. Messed up the sandwich, gave us a bagel. It's not even busy, no cars in drive thru. Nobody inside. Still messed it up.

Ordered a black coffee and got a coffee with 12 creams. Didn’t find out until down the road and not worth the trouble to go back Dunkin is so inconsistent with quality

Dunkin is great except that they were out of Caramel this visit. So I tried Butter Pecan. I've now switched to that so please don't run out! The avocado toast is amazing too!! Try it with bacon on it. Wow!

I don’t ever leave reviews unless place is very good or very bad. We are locals and understand it gets busy. After ordering mobile and arriving we waited an additional 30 minutes. It’s a Sunday we know people are leaving town no big deal. We finally get to the speaker and the woman says “be back in a moment” we wait and she comes back and asks “what do you want” we told her we had a mobile order. She said they were working on it and to pull around. We finally get to the window, food is cold as heck. I told my fiancé it’s okay we’ll just warm it up when we get home. Well then we get our coffee and my finances doesn’t have her cold foam. I told the lady and she says “it melted”. Then forgets to give us our donuts. I asked her for our donuts and she said oh and asked what we got. I told half a dozen and she gave me someone else’s donuts which you can see the order names in pictures attached. I understand being busy, especially on a Sunday when people are going before and after church, and tourist are leaving town. However the attitude and atmosphere was not excuse, also serving cold food out is no excuse. If it’s cold it shouldn’t leave from your restaurant. Warm would be okay, but this was completely cold. Extremely upset with how we were treated, i don’t expect perfect at all, but at least try to act like you care?
