Came in for brunch while visiting the area on vacation. I mean bad bad first impression of the restaurant is that it is very clean. my family and I were seated quickly and received our food within 10 minutes of ordering as there was not a large crowd. the food was great in the service was attentive. I would definitely come back to this location again.

Awesome cabin like atmosphere and a great breakfast place! The pancakes are huge plate sized and fluffy! The skillets are huge! It’s almost too much food for one person! Event though the parking lot was full wait was less than 10 mins!

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Flapjacks today at 407 Kodak. The service was extremely slow, the food was not up to par at all, and the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel welcoming or enjoyable. It was not the experience I was expecting, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I hope they take steps to improve, because today’s visit was far from satisfactory. Sadly today was my first and last visit.

Flapjacks (right at the 407 exit in Kodak) is our favorite!! The food is excellent and the staff is wonderful. We've ALWAYS had a great experience when coming here!
