Flapjack's Pancake Cabin

It was ok for the breakfast menu. The usual but egg omelet and grits were blend. It seemed like TN dishes have no flavor!

This place is a must-visit for breakfast! It’s one of my favorite spots when I’m in Kodak, TN. The pork chop breakfast is incredible, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you’re ever in the area, definitely stop by for a bite!

You will not leave hungry the food here is really good. Customer service for Black Friday was top-notch and the pancakes are delicious.

2024 Nov 24 - arrived 9am and was seated immediately by a surly greeter. The restaurant was about half full. Even with a full crew, we waited about 15 minutes for our waitress.

It seemed most of the staff had been paid not to smile. Fortunately, our waitress arrived happy and friendly and took our drink order. 10 minutes later, she took our food order. 20 minutes later, she dropped off our food.

My hash brown skillet was lukewarm, but it was another 10 before our waitress came back to check. I'm sure I could have reordered, but almost an hour had passed since arriving. I didn't want to make this adventure stretch into another hour.

I can't recommend this place if this is their standard operating procedure.

I love the food here, but ordering online for this place is a nightmare. The last time I ordered online here the people didn’t ask for my name, and they couldn’t find my order making me wait another 10 minutes. This time around we’ve already been waiting 30 minutes for our order to find out they gave it to someone else. When we did eventually get our food the pico from the Spanish Skillet was quite literally all over the bag and the to-go box making a huge mess. The host stand was being rubbed by 4 people but you mean to tell me not one of them can read a name on a receipt? They also said before they told us they were remaking our food that they called the people who they gave our order to come back and give it to us??? That’s a huge health code violation, and I honestly feel bad for the other people as well. Flapjack’s please for the love of god get a better online ordering system, or don’t have it at all.

Asked for eggs to be cooked all the way they were runny pancakes were cold and asked for hash browns to be cooked extra crispy and wasn't at all my girlfriend didn't even eat her food she just waited til we went somewhere else so she could grab something 😞

First time we stopped in. The place was clean, lighting was good, decorations were good. Service was good. I was not happy with the food. I ordered hash browns and asked for them to be literally killed, it wanted them crunchy and told the waitress and they did not come like that it all. Someone else in our party ordered pancakes and when our order came to the table the plate they were on was much hotter than the pancakes. The butter could not even melt on the pancakes. Someone else ordered "over medium" eggs and they were more like "over easy" eggs where the yolk was not even cooked and the egg whites were all runny. We may try a different location, but I can say we will not go back to this location. We were all looking forward to enjoying a great breakfast and it did not happen.

Headed back home from a 3-day trip with a friend and stopped in at Flapjacks for breakfast. We had a good service good food.
