Good location for those coming and going from the interstate. Food was good, love they have frozen drinks. It's somewhat difficult to get in and out due to traffic and the parking lot is small. Overall, good for a quick trip.

Your typical Krystal's "food-wise" but their true shortcomings stem from the long delays and wait times. That meshed with poor service = no go for me.

I go to this Krystal alot because I work up the street and by the time I get off work late at night there isn't many options. The guy in the drive thru was super friendly they got our order right and it was fresh but when I went to go eat my last Krystal there was a very hard chunk of plastic in it and I'm so glad I caught it before I choked on it because it was late night and I was driving with my baby in the back seat that would've been a nightmare.

Not sure why but this Krystal used to be great! I ordered 2 Krystal with cheese w/ no pickles & extra mustard & chili cheese tots. One had no mustard & extra onions. Service was not even mediocre. One lonely guy is the only person that acknowledged me & his personality was lacking. Not sure where the failure lies (The Hale Group) but the burger meat is so thin it falls apart but my worst concern was the taste. I ate one bite of my burger & it had a “peculiar” taste. So I decided to not continue eating my meal after one bite out of fear I may get sick. This store needs better service & management. Sorry but if they answered the phone maybe they’d get a better review. This location is the START of a tourist town. They should represent the intake first in my opinion. Now I’m dissuaded on eating here….??

This was connected to gas station.. the food was actually good. I got 2 cheeseburgers and 1 sm fry total was $7. I was surprised how much I paid for a small amount of food . It's over priced. Not just here. Everywhere.. something has to change this is so unfair what we are expected to pay..

The food took a very long time for ordering one Krystal and some fries. The employees seemed inconvenienced by our presence. When my food was ready, it was set on the counter followed by the employee walking away without a word. The cheeseburger Krystal was very good (I'd expect perfection after waiting 20 minutes) Everyone waiting for their food was noticing the rudeness of the employees. ☹️
