Drive-thru is fast everybody was friendly I only had to wait one minute after I ordered I had fresh Burger and fries everybody seemed like they were having a good time talking and doing their job definitely be coming back

Took almost 30 minutes to get out food and when we did get it the meat was cold after supposedly just coming off the grill! Horrible service and food all around will not be revisiting this location.

What got me at first was the bathroom was as dark as some bars I have visited. I come to Tennessee every year. I always want to go to a Krystal. This one just seemed dingy. The food could have beem hotter. It had been a few years since I had been to this one. It was a world of difference

Don't eat here!!! The employee smoking area right by drive through! Do you really think anyone wants to buy food from you standing out there smoking. Krystals you need to move the area or have no smoking at all n the property! The headset was still on the guys head! I won't be back and will tell everyone about my experience and not to eat here!! I work to hard to waste my money or time here!!

Great customer service. Fresh hot food. Excellent drive thru time. Entire order was fresh hot and correct. Napkins and utensils were actually included in the bag. Best Krystal's experience I've had the pleasure of experienceing.

Was so excited to try Krystals to be disappointed. The burgers looked adorable at the first glance but after further inspection meh. My expectations weren't super high but probably will never eat at Krystals again. My husband compared to White Castle being a hot rod and Krystals being a beat up truck held on by duct tape and cords.

A health inspector should be notified. The lobby and dining area are disgusting. All the tables and chairs were dirty and the floor was covered in trash. It wasn't just this time, this has been several times. Management do better.
