I tried this restaurant on 2 separate occasions within a week while on vacation. My brother had mentioned that they had good sliders, so I was interested in checking them out. The first time I ordered, my order was mixed up and I had to wait almost 2 hours for the food from one of the courier services, so I figured I'll try them again. The second time we went to the drive thru, and the service was so bad that my sister decided not to order, in the event that the people messed with our food. I ordered krystal sliders with cheese and chili cheese fries. The fries smelt like feet, according to my nephew, and my girls were not impressed with it. And the sliders tasted bad and I couldnt say for sure if the meat was real or fake, or what it was for that matter. I thought wow, all of the food in Tennessee was delicious, until we stopped here. I would not recommend trying this franchise. I don't know if this location was just bad or not, but I will not be trying any other locations to find out.

I normally like Krystal. This location was not good for me. I had a Chik and 2 Cheese Krystals. The Chik was ok but the meat was cold on both of the Cheese Krystals. I was there at 11:00 and I was the only one eating inside so I guess that should have told me something.

The staff were not professional. One of the staff had an infant on her hip working in the kitchen/drive thru area (the staff wearing her PJ’s). One of the staff through food back at a customer in the drive through area bc the customer through at them first. The guy came outside and started talking to someone on the phone (cussing) while my fiancé and I waited for our food by the front door.

I just stopped in there to get something to eat and nobody was even at the counter and never came up to take my order so I left I was in there last month and when they handed me my bag the burgers were wadded up in a ball soggy and I asked them to remake them and they had an attitude about it
Food was cold, mold on the bun and the cook and cashier acted like we bothered them by coming in at 8pm to place and order. Fries were greasy and cold

DO NOT EAT HERE! Wrong Order, Soggy Food, & Phone is Out of Service! This is the trailer park Krystal's. I'm so disappointed with this place. I was just at the Krystal in Kodak, TN, and the service took forever. I was sitting at the drive-thru window for at least 15 minutes. To be fair, the lady working the window was very nice, which is the only positive thing about this entire experience. I live 45 minutes away, so I couldn't just come back tonight, or I would have. I spent $32 on my order. I ordered: 2 Chicks 1 Chili Cheese Tots 3 Double Krystals 1 Chili Cheese Fry What I got: 5 regular Krystals 2 Chili Cheese Fries Not only was the order completely wrong, but the food was so soggy my dog wouldn't even eat it. It was disgusting. To make it all worse, I TRIED TO CALL THEM, and THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE! They have NO NEW PHONE NUMBER LISTED ONLINE! It's impossible to even contact them about their terrible service. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Got a pick five delivered. Except it was missing an item. The Krystal in it was cold, soggy, and like folded in half? Considering it didn't even melt the cheese slice a little bit I just through it away to be safe. But they did manage to put a couple tiny overpriced hotdogs in buns, so that's something I guess. :)

Went through drive thru today ..ordered sack full , 2 large drinks...2 fries..she told me my total was $53.00..so i look back at the menu and assume she gave me 24 krystals and maybe I said order wrong...didnt want to cause confusion, so decided id just take the 24 krystals, and had some guys at work I could give some too....I'm handed 2 bags, so I put them in the back floor board of my truck...I'm traveling to clyde Tennessee for work... only ate 2 krystals because the centers were cold ...we get to hotel and I go to grab the 2nd bag, and its just fries...so I was charged $53 for 12 krystals 2 drinks and fries.....ive tried to call the store with number off of Google and its disconnected ...I'd like to contact these people and atleast get my change back ...was more aggravated that I tried to be nice and accept a mistake...and still was messed up...
