McDonald's is a hit or miss place, sometimes they do good, then sometimes they are terrible, usually if you go through the drive through you order will always be wrong. And sometimes in the dinning room is the same way.

This McDonald's was a disaster today. They focused more on the drive-thru then customers in the store. They had no one taking orders. You had to order through the kiosk. Forget about getting drink refills. They said they would get you one and then forget. They won't look at you if you are a customer at the counter. Not even the managers. It took 30 minutes to get an order filled in the store. It was ridiculous.

If I could leave 0 stars I actually would. This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. My husband ordered a large frappe and was told that it was too hot to make and was offered something else. He said no he’d take a refund. The guy said we’d need to talk to a manager and then nobody ever came. I went to the counter to ask about it to someone else and they said that the right side of the machine malfunctioned but the left was fine so he was making it. Literally took 25 minutes for the frappe. He also ordered a large drink and was given a medium. I ordered two ranch snack wraps. The ranch was in one spot at the top of the wrap and had spilled out into the wrapper so there was none on any of the actual food other than the top of the wrap. I went to the counter and asked for a couple things of ranch. He returned and said he could only find one ??? Okay. They forgot about my friends food until she went up and asked about it. Then when it was finally served, they did not put fries with any of the meals. She went to have them correct it and then realized that they did not give her chicken nuggets for her meal and had given her one six piece and one four piece but she paid for two six pieces. There were NUMEROUS workers in the back and others walking around from the back to go outside and then come back in (not delivering curbside) and just walking around. Extremely unorganized. As we were leaving, a woman from behind the counter came up asking for everyone parked at the front entrance to move their vehicles because they had a truck delivery. No big deal because we were about to leave but we had four children to get into car seats. She began telling my friend she had to move right then because of this truck. My friend tried to explain that she was waiting for us to get the kids in the car and for some of us to then get into her car. The woman did not care and the truck started moving up onto her vehicle. It was overall the worst fast food experience we have ever had and we will never go back to this McDonald’s again and urge people to completely avoid it because it is that bad.

Everytine we come to this location the order is wrong. Even after reading it back to us. The stickers on the sandwich being correct. The sandwiches are always wrong
.it's not hard. Cheese and mayo only. How hard is that. I'm literally making your job easier. Mcdonalds is notorious all over for messing up orders. But this location is the worst. They have even had a new manager and it seems to have gotten worse since they took over
For the prices you pay get my order right. Atleast the fries were hot
And of course. Called to say something and no answer as always.
Ordered breakfast, it was hot, came quickly and the lady behind the cash register was so sweet and helpful.

This place is a stain on customer service and fast food. As a local we unfortunately are stuck with them being the closest mcdonalds. Orders are constantly missing something, place is dirty. recently we placed a online order for breakfast, sat in line for over 20 minutes, once we get there they could no longer give us our order since it was 1031. One minute into breakfast the food magically disappeared. Still got charged since it was online order. AVOID THIS ROACH TRAP.

Me and my family come to this location very often but not late at night it was around 10-11pm on 7-28 the guy that was handing us our food graciously explained he had 3mchickens and a spicy left we had gotten four regular mcchickens and he asked if we wanted to wait the 3 mins or just take the spicy we had told him specifically that we would wait for the regular one so he pulled us to the second pick up window and when had given us our food I didn’t realize till my husband went to eat his two that instead of making the fresh regular as requested they had given us the spicy my husband can’t eat spicy food it messes up his stomach really bad other wise I wouldn’t have said anything
