I ordered from their store tonight and ordered a surpreme pizza with no mushrooms because my husband was allergic to them. After waiting an hour when we got the pizza, it had about three hand fulls of mushrooms on it. I called and told them about the mistake. I was told that they could make another one but it would be another hour before i got it. I said no, because it was their mistake not mine. I ordered pizza to be delivered to friends across town. The pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I called and spoke to two people, both of whom were very polite. John, the Manager , took care of things and had the order remade and sent out again. He was very professional and took care of business right away . I appreciate their professionalism and customer service. We order from their twice a month or so and always get good food.
We ordered the new Big Deal. I ordered with chicken wings and got the pasta. I ordered the Meat Lovers and the Hawaiian and we were willing to pay the extra for those.
