Placed order for Large Pizzas in which they bought new large pans the size of mediums. Lady delivered them & just dropped them on the counter of my work place. What was worse I called Manager & he really made me feel like I was trying to steal something! I will not ever order from this place again. They brought 2 more & the lady refused to hand them to my associate & placed them on our to go stand. I’ve order several times from her but no more!!!!!!!

I made a delivery order last night. It was supposed to be delivered at 8:28 PM. I paid with my card for everything, including the tip. I never received my pizza, and when I tried to call I was sent to a different line. They told me I would have to call the store tomorrow. So today I call, and the manager Amber answered the phone. She was incredibly rude and told me "Well our power was out, so really you shouldn't receive a refund or get your pizza." She said she refunded my money, however it hasn't been refunded. She also refused to replace my pizza. It's very frustrating considering that was my families dinner last night.

2 stars because the manager replaced it with zero resistance. But this is how my pizza arrived. I tipped the drive $8 on a $21 order too. To travel 2 miles.
Never had an issue here until today got the new burger melt that was over cooked dry and had no cheese the boneless wings that came with it was sauceless. We also got some bread sticks and chicken Alfredo and you guessed it over cooked and dry. Worst Pizza Hut no worst pizza place experience I’ve ever had ZERO STARS
This is the best Pizza Hut. I’ve been to Pizza Hut across the nation in the last couple of years and this is superior to all others! It’s always cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing! I ordered extra of each topping amd actually got what I ordered. The wings always have a lot of sauce which is what I want.
