Pre-ordered 8 pizzas for a party. I pre-ordered them the day before the party for a pickup time of 11:45am. They were ready when I arrived and the staff is always awesome. The problem is that the pizzas were dried out. I could tell that they were made way ahead of time and had been in the warmer for too long. I ordered early to help out the staff so that they didn't have a large order dumped on them, but I am disappointed that they made it so much earlier and let it all dry out. Bummed.

Pizza was made right and the staff were helpful and friendly even while being very busy.
We called from next door while in food city and ordered 3 pizzas. When we pulled up in front of pizza hut my husband went inside to get our order and while me and my grand daughter sat in the car watching inside a worker, very heavy set woman, short in height and short dark haired female was in the back which you could see her thru the front store glass putting her hands in the pizza toppings and cramming it into her mouth and while chewing with a mouth full she walked up to the front to talk to my husband and was scratching her head. My daughter even watched her and commented about her putting her hands into the topping pans. I was sickened by watching that and my husband in there getting our 3 pizzas. This needs to be addressed.

I was doing Uber eats last night which was May 17, 2025. I had an order for this Pizza Hut. I received it at 12:50 AM. This establishment closed at 1 AM. I was 15 minutes away from there. I called them and told them that I had an order from somebody through Uber eats and asked if they could wait on me to get there and I would be there as fast as possible they said yes so I would like to say thank you to the manager TORI and the gentleman that is training to be a manager named dave thank you both for your awesome support and allowing me to receive my order and make my delivery after y’all was closed. I think these two people should have some type of gratitude shown their way because they displayed excellent customer service For me last night and went above and beyond in my eyes so thank you you too.

My favorite location is this area. Great service, great food!
We frequent this location and have never been disappointed. It is usually moderately busy but still clean and orderly. We always order online to save money on deals. Lately we’ve been liking on the new cheese bites crust pizza. The workers here have never messed up a single order we’ve placed over the past 5 years. We live around 10 mins away and always leave right after placing order online. It says ready in 15 min but it is always hot and ready when we arrive.. not like little Cesar’s “hot and BEEN ready”! Will continue to award this shop our business. And always appreciate the teams hard work.

Original review-This is the best Pizza Hut. I’ve been to Pizza Hut across the nation in the last couple of years and this is superior to all others! It’s always cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing! I ordered extra of each topping amd actually got what I ordered. The wings always have a lot of sauce which is what I want.
UPDATED review pizza not as good as before. Ordered extra sauce and got light sauce. Not all the toppings I ordered were on my pizza. For $45.16 I expected what I paid for. Tried to reach out on pizzahut.com but the site isn’t working correctly. Sad about this as it was a special treat to order the extra stuff that I didn’t get. Guess I won’t be going here in the future.
