I got the chicken hibachi with rice and vegetables and it was so good and so much food! A lot of food trucks especially at county fairs cost a fortune for horrible food and tiny portions, not here! I've been wanting to try this food truck for a while and it did not disappoint!
I finally ventured down the road to try them today. They weren't the best, but they weren't the worst either. They need to work on trimming the chicken a little better. There were some fatty pieces, which I can't stand. The plus side was, I probably got enough for three or four meals at $10, and you can't beat that price around here. It's a little out of the way for me, so I doubt I'll go back, but if you're not picky about your chicken, I definitely...
The food here is very flavorful and delicious. It tastes like they use quality ingredients. My favorite part is the veggies...yummy. If you are ever driving around and see the Red Food Truck, you must stop and get yourself some!...and don't forget dessert :)
