I ordered on the app and ordered curb side pickup. I got there and checked in like it says on the app. Well I sat there at least 10 minutes so I called the place and they just hung up. After 3 times of this, I went inside. They had placed my sandwich where they place orders for pick up. My order was supposed to be brought to me. It highly upset me. This isn't the first time I've been very unsatisfied with their curb side pick up. This time I decided to let people know they're curbside pick up stinks!!!!

Apparently this store doesn't honor the free 6 inch sub on veterans day. Either that or the people working weren't told or just didn't want to do anything other than eat around the corner from the prep line. Guess I will go eat some Ramen at home for veterans day.

This location charged me $16 for a six inch wrap small drink and a tiny bag of chips, I will never set foot in another subway again, they suck

TERRIBLE!!! Pregnant customer who cannot eat cold sandwiches. I put in the special instructions - HEATED AND TOASTED to ensure the sandwich was hot. When I got my sandwich the bread was soggy, not toasted at all, not heated nothing. Not a single instruction was followed!!! Called and they offered absolutely no solution. Waste of $40 on sandwiches!!

The 2 black men that waited on Me don't know how to listen to what your saying and you have to repeat everything that you say and the lettuce was getting brown where it was cut and the was still serving it to people I won't be back there again.
