Couldn't even order food manager anna was too busy singing an usher song when I tried to ask for extra salt and pepper she did it with such attitude it covered my food with salt u asked her if she could just remove some of the lettuce since I didn't wanna trash the entire sandwich she laughed and flung the lettuce off the sandwich. I definitely wouldn't recommend this subway to my enemies. If she does me like that I could imagine how she does others

I made a Togo order and my sub was prepared wrong. It has happened numerous times already. Consistently. I called the store to request a refund and the phone is disconnected, impossible for the phone call to go thru. I also tried requesting a refund thru the app but there are not options. I will not hesitate to take this to higher management because it is absolutely ridiculous by now. Will never leave a tip at one of this establishments ever again.

The lady (black woman, short hair) is not nice at all, portion of the chicken and cheese compared to other subways are RIDICULOUS! She charge me 3 dollars for another slice of cheese like WTH ? I’m never coming back again, NEVER. Please drive another 3 minutes to the next subway this one sucks ? NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

Two employees made fun of me and my cousin after ordering our food and I asked for simple tissues politely before I was getting ready to eat, the tissue box was empty, I got what I needed but afterwards the two employees were possibly discussing about it in their mother tongue language while we were eating our dinner and I assume they were still making fun of us, I was not 100% sure about that but I am sure I clearly heard one of them mimick me in English to the other employee about me asking for tissues!
Food & employee working was awesome. However, OSHA violation to have your employees work in 90 degrees inside (I looked at the thermostat) at 9:30PM. Do the right thing and fix your unit for the sake of employee safety.

Slow workers . Cold cut sandwich was right . Meatball sandwich was mediocre and didn’t d not have extra meatballs that I ordered . The meat section was hidden from view so couldn’t see sandwich being made or I’d have corrected him
