I was literally dining in and was given my food as I was placing a to-go order. I had to ask for a tray. Then I also had to ask for my cup that went with my meal. Totally disrespectful unprofessional. If you are short staff y'all still should keep it professional and show hospitality.

There was a very long hair in my Gordita crunch. Under the meat not even on the outside. So disgusting. They should have to wear hair nets if their hair is all over the place

At this point, one shouldn't be surprised. You get what you get... 🤷♂️ Such is the state of the fast food industry in this country. Always expect a filthy, understaffed restaurant, long wait times after ordering, cold and/or old, stale food, and rude (albeit grossly overworked and underpaid) service workers. It's a real shame that the only reliable fast food option anymore is the one run like a cult by religious bigots.
This crew did an AMAZING job! Came a little before close and had a very intricate order! They handled it without a problem! Quickly and beyond nice! Richard had a great attitude and made us feel welcome! Thank you!

Had to go to the ER because of the lack of attention this place gives to cross contamination. I expressed the concern of allergy affected persons in the party and asked for no dairy products on our food. The food ended up having several shreds of cheese mixed in and under the lettuce in the bottom and side of the shell; enough to cause anaphylactic reactions.
