We've always been big fans of Taco Bell, but recent experiences have left us disheartened. It seems that the quality of service has taken a significant downturn. On multiple occasions, we’ve encountered rude and impatient staff, particularly when ordering with special needs children. The lack of understanding and patience is frustrating. To make matters worse, we've had instances where orders were incomplete or items were missing. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with a dismissive attitude and no attempt to rectify the situation. It's unfortunate that such a beloved fast-food chain has allowed its service to deteriorate to this extent. We'll, unfortunately, be taking our business elsewhere.
Very pleasant experience. We ordered ahead in the app, and our food was ready when we arrived. It was clean, and there was no foul language coming from the back. Best one I've eaten at in a long time.

This franchise stopped serving breakfast. Why!!!! Now your restaurant sits empty until 11am while you pay staff to do nothing. The parking lot and drive thru are totally empty. Very disappointed that I couldn't throw my money at your breakfast. This is the same for the other locations around here that are owned by this franchise.

I ordered through my mobile app for pick up in drive thru. Got home. Wrong order. Go back to get the correct order. Get a bag and head out. And they gave me a chicken bowl instead of my quesadilla. Go back inside. Get home and I have all my food but none of my modifications were done so my tacos had lettuce, the avocado ranch that I paid extra for was not added, and what should have been a 10 minute food run turned into an hour food run.

These guys work hard for the community, I wish ppl would give them a break and not complain. It's putting up with demanding customer that think they're at Ruth Chris that makes it hard.. cook at home if you have allergies or just can't handle simple human mistakes!!! GO TACO BELL GREAT JOB!!!

This Taco Bell in Kodak is one of the best. Our Taco Bell in Jefferson City has just a kiosk and no one to take your order inside. This one in Kodak has an awesome staff and man are they fast!! We had a big order and it was done fast!! No mistakes all the food was there!!! Definitely a great place!!!
The staff Alex was eating on the line fixing people food never changed his gloves or anything. When you ask for nacho fries hot and fresh that’s what you should get not cold fries. The manager Elaine acted like it wasn’t a big deal to her. I come here alot and have never had an issue.
