Waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru when people were in line. Food was cold. They got my order and had to send it back. Not worth it. Go up the hill to Bucees

So, firstly. Giving the benefit of the doubt that food would be decent, or atleast WARM.
As it was a slow day ( they had no one).

the food was served cold, and old.
The potato and fries were almost inedible, the burgers needed warmed up.

Better training. Also, may I suggest having your employee not be hollering white power from the kitchen…. I’m a white person, but EWWW.

Had to return to the counter 2 times because things were missing.. ordered a bacon burger and it had no bacon! Then the girl who made it looked at me like I was lying. The woman at the register was awesome though. Also my friend fries were almost cold…

Only drive thru to park every car to wait 10+ minutes for food. Defeats the whole drive through in a hurry experience. If in a hurry, definitely wouldn't recommend.

Cody did a wonderful job taking our order-friendly and professional & Tori did a fantastic job ensuring order accuracy and made sure we had what we needed. The store was so festively decorated and the staff all seemed so kind and professional!!! Although we don’t live here, we will be back!!!

Stopped while traveling the food was not good. The employees must have been on something cause you could barely get them to understand anything.. had to wait 15 for our food and it was cold...

We pulled up to drive thru and our cashier was unbelievably rude to us. He even said when we tried to order a burger “You can’t say it like that” we also heard yelling on the speaker when trying to order. We had to yell so they could hear our order and they didn’t even apologize. So then when we tried to order a potato and they told us it would take an HOUR, so we just got nuggets. It took thirty minutes to get our food. The burgers didn’t have what we asked for at all and they were even COLD and the fries were so old and they looked like they were cooked days ago. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to eat it was a horrible experience.

Atmosphere was really brain dead. Barely got acknowledged or a response from any of the employees. You could see from the waiting line an employee at the back vaping and grabbing the fries with his bare hands. Another employee was really short with me and did not give me the correct order. Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Overall terrible service and food quality.

Who closes their doors before 7pm on a Friday night? Apparently Wendy’s does. We’re sorry you’re understaffed or whatever the reason is but you can’t even leave a note on the door? At the end of a work day, people are tired and just want to sit and eat…not in the truck. Food also tasted old and it would be nice if people tried instead of blaming management or staffing issues.
