Close at 1am yet every time my spouse gets off work at 11 no one comes to the mic. Whats even worse than “closing” 2 hours early is the fact they are at the window and with a headset on choosing to ignore you in the drive through until you leave. Lazy management and lazy workers.

I arrive at the drive through at 9pm and was the second car in line. Around 910pm, the car ahead of me was finally through placing their order after how long I don't know. I pull up to the speaker, there's silence. After waiting 15 minutes, finally someone speaks. I ordered a spicy chicken combo and what I received was a spicy chicken on 2 buns. No tomatoes, lettuce, or mayo. Thank goodness the chicken was full of grease or the sandwich would have been totally dry. The fries, if you want to call them that, were extremely salty, barely warm, and 100% been sitting for a while, super crazy soft and tasted if they sat overnight under the heat lamp. My coke, tasted as if I had a plethora of soda mixed together, took 1 sip and not another, threw it away. This is the norm, or at least for me, because this has been my experience every time I had visited this location, and obviously, after reading other reviews, this is the norm. I believe nobody that works here has an understanding of customer service and what it encompasses, and the owners and managers don't care about their customers, or their reputation. This is totally unacceptable for me and I will never stop at this location again. The powers to be only care about their bank account and nothing more. I would highly recommend you to AVOID this location, you could drive a bit further up the road and hit the burger king, or just know that a few more miles into sevierville there's so many other opportunities to get some good, quick food or you can go to the other side of the interstate and get some McDonald's. JUST AVOID THIS WENDYS!

If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would. The lady who took our order was incredible rude and verbally abusive. When my mom went up to the counter to ask where she could find a spoon the lady claimed she was being rude and then proceeded to ignore my mother. When she finally gave my mom the spoon and frosty THAT SHE PAID FOR she slammed them on the counter and stormed off. As we were leaving she passive aggressively told us to have a great day while laughing and rolling her eyes at us. You are better off getting food from the gas station next door saving yourself from this disappointment of a staff. I hope this lady gets the help she clearly needs.

Buc-ee's is awesome but they don't have much for my wife, who is not eating meat. Wendy's, despite being almost entirely focused on beef and chicken, does have options. Wendy's is the only fast food chain that has a baked potato on their menu and they're really, really good. This was our second stop on this trip for a Wendy's potato.

Easy to place my order on the Wendy's app where I earned a few Wendy's points towards free food. Since my Sprinter won't fit through the drive thru, I parked and went inside. It didn't take long until I saw one potato and two burgers be finished on the assemble line. The nice lady bagged them up, called out my name, and I was back in the van to go.

The restaurant was busy and so there were a few tables that needed attention. The condiments area was mostly tidy but some paper on the floor.

In the van, the potato was declared tasty. I enjoyed my Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe that was assembled properly and they had put two napkins in the bag.

Vegetarian options: Potato, fries, some salads.

Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.

Parking: Easy for the Sprinter van. Would not be good for larger vehicles.

Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

As a truck driver we come across people that won’t serve us if the Wendy’s is drive through only. I came across kimber and Ray two awesome employees that truly show that they care about the customer. I can’t put in words what a hard day I had till I came across these two angels. Awesome job and good looking out for the customers that can’t drive there rigs through the drive through. Thank you for your kindness

I must say I don't normally leave reviews but I think this lady deserves a good review..I don't know her name but the manager lady who was working around 230-3...she was AMAZING! I I see her working hard and the service I've received from her was the best service! Give that women a raise! She damn well deserves one! I'm sorry I don't know her name but I want corporate to know she was absolutely amazing!

Everytime I go here, they get my order wrong. Employees are passively mean and rude. They'll ignore you completely. I've been here 6 times. Literally never again.

It's a shame because Wendys is my favorite and I work down the street. 👎🏼

Lobby is closed before it’s even supposed to be closed. They are slow.

Please mark yourselves closed during your renovation. Map apps show that you're open. Many travelers drive miles from the east, and you are hard to access from that direction with necessary u-turn in heavier traffic. Big signs outside say OPEN EARLY, yet you are closed for renovation. All good wishes.

Can't speak on the food, but the customer service in the drive through at night is horrible. Left before they even took the order after getting smart comments and having to listen to them having casual conversations with the mic open.
