we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
This order may have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I placed my order at 5:18 and did not walk out of the store until 6:40. That's entirely unacceptable given that, according to the store, my order was "in the oven" at 5:34. I watched the entire staff of 5 goof around and jump around the store before I finally got ONE of the pizzas I ordered.
