First time ordering food for this restaurant,, so disappointed,, I got a nachos fajita,, food taste awful,, the nachos taste old,, stale,, and the chicken had chunks of something that looks like fat,, but like when the chicken is not cleaned before cooking it..

We were the only customer there. Felt rushed. Maybe they need to promote the business. It's very clean

Ordered take out. First off, the girl taking my order on the phone had to ask me 5x to repeat my order because the damn music is so loud in the background she couldn’t hear what I was saying. I made the mistake of trusting that everything I paid for was in the bag. I get home, and noticed that parts of my order were missing. It’s 10:04pm and I make a phone call to the restaurant explaining that I’m missing items. The girl tells me I can come back and pick it up. I explained that I was already home. What other option do I have? She tells me “ I don’t know what you want me to do about it” I said no, I’m not making that trip. What time do you close? “We’re actually closed now” so why would you ask me to make a 20 minute drive if you’re already closed? I asked to speak with a manager and she told me no. When I asked for her name I couldn’t hear it clearly it started with an ‘A’ but I don’t believe she gave me her real name. The food was awful I ordered tamales and a chicken chimichanga. Didn’t receive the cheese dip or extra rice and beans I PAID FOR. Staff is rude as hell… mediocre food. Tastes like Taco Bell. I wouldn’t recommend. Especially after the they were so rude and couldn’t even offer a refund or an apology for the situation. I even tipped on a to-go order, just to receive this type of customer service. Bad business. I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money.

It's amazing that the tip is already included in the bill. I don't agree since tipping is voluntary, really unpleasant

Got three pastor tacos from the food truck today. Ate one, got half way through with the second when I noticed a hair sticking out. I pulled it out, long black curled up hair. I nearly threw up.
Even more embarrassing- I was on a live stream video eating it in front of 73 people 😭 literally traumatized

I had my wallet stolen a few days before coming in here for a drink. I got asked for ID and showed my passport and the server started laughing in my face, saying wow the whole passport or something like that.
Server laughed at me cause of my passport and then gave me a barely ok margarita. Not even worth being laughed at.
I still wonder why she did that sometimes ?

Waiting 15 minutes for the waitress to come and ask for the drinks and the others on the phone ?
