They didn't speak much English or understand us service bad staff didn't know what to do poor communication we waited too long for drinks and food never again would I go there it wasn't even busy waiter had 3 tables 4 girls on staff they need training also our waitress made mistake on bill we ask for glass she said no I asked for something else she brought me something else they lost I wouldn't go back it was father's Day we spent over 50 dinner gave her tip 7 terrible I'm calling owner discuss our service hope he makes it right very disappointed

The only reason I’m giving it a 5 start is because of Gabriela. I call before hand to make sure she’s there. she always delivers exceptional customer service always polite super friendly and brings my food out as soon as its ready.

First time ordering food for this restaurant,, so disappointed,, I got a nachos fajita,, food taste awful,, the nachos taste old,, stale,, and the chicken had chunks of something that looks like fat,, but like when the chicken is not cleaned before cooking it..

We were the only customer there. Felt rushed. Maybe they need to promote the business. It's very clean

Ordered take out. First off, the girl taking my order on the phone had to ask me 5x to repeat my order because the damn music is so loud in the background she couldn’t hear what I was saying. I made the mistake of trusting that everything I paid for was in the bag. I get home, and noticed that parts of my order were missing. It’s 10:04pm and I make a phone call to the restaurant explaining that I’m missing items. The girl tells me I can come back and pick it up. I explained that I was already home. What other option do I have? She tells me “ I don’t know what you want me to do about it” I said no, I’m not making that trip. What time do you close? “We’re actually closed now” so why would you ask me to make a 20 minute drive if you’re already closed? I asked to speak with a manager and she told me no. When I asked for her name I couldn’t hear it clearly it started with an ‘A’ but I don’t believe she gave me her real name. The food was awful I ordered tamales and a chicken chimichanga. Didn’t receive the cheese dip or extra rice and beans I PAID FOR. Staff is rude as hell… mediocre food. Tastes like Taco Bell. I wouldn’t recommend. Especially after the they were so rude and couldn’t even offer a refund or an apology for the situation. I even tipped on a to-go order, just to receive this type of customer service. Bad business. I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money.
