Read the other reviews, they speak for themselves. How someone responds to negative reviews is very telling. Obviously a lot of people have experienced rudeness from these folks, and they will do anything except take blame for their shortcomings. Poorly ran.
Edit: they responded blaming my fiancé saying “keep in mind there may be more to it.” There’s not. They were disrespectful. Bean and Leaf, if you want to post the camera footage for all to see go ahead. You are the problem and will not stay in business with your poor attitude. Again, not taking accountability seems to be the theme with your awful responses to genuine issues you seem to ignore.

am a regular customer, and I have been coming even before they built the new building. I loved coming, and when they made the drive-through, I started coming more often since there aren’t many coffee places on my way to work. The owner and everyone have been super nice and sweet, and when I started coming, they were very nice. I spend usually 13 dollars a day at this coffee shop, and when I started coming more often, they even knew my name. The lady who has been working the drive-through since the new building opened. She was nice at first, but it started feeling like I was getting rushed after that. I usually get the same thing, but I occasionally switch it up, and whenever I ask any questions, she starts getting very, very irritated. For example, “What kind of muffins do yall have?” And she replied, saying very rudely, “Do you want me to go through all of them with you and name ALL of them?” I understand they had a few people in the drive-through and then told me about I need to park if there are more than 3 people in line or not I am blocking traffic, which I completely understand. I just feel like she thinks I’m a regular and how differently she treats the new customers in front of me. Also, I spend a lot of money here, and I do think that the way I am getting treated is not nice. For someone who has worked in customer service for many years, even if you are busy. If you have regular customers that spend that much a day, you should not treat them that way. I have been coming here since they opened, and just the feeling of I hope they are not upset with me for asking a question when coming through the drive-through is not okay. Again, everyone has been very sweet and good, just the lady in the drive-through. I do feel like she just gets very stressed out, but it really shows, and it’s only 3 people in line. I do not recommend this place and will not ever be coming back. I already was knowing they was going to be rude asking what muffins they have and usually they don’t always have it in stock or some other items so I just ask. It would be nice for the customers to have a menu outside especially if the lady is rude to you just asking what they have.

Constructive criticism....the husband and wife who own this are amazing people. I use to go and get coffee here all the time. Never rude to me and always loved what I got. However, the daughter was rude to me on 2 occasions. The first being when I had forgotten to ask for light ice before the ticket was printed. It was an honest mistake on my part. Her response is we do not do light ice after the ticket is printed, wouldn't of been a problem had she not had a very rude tone. The tall blonde young girl cashing me out looked at me with a very disappointed look on her face. It turned me off from coming back to their establishment. I came back for a visit and they had moved to their new building. I ordered an iced white chocolate latte and it had come up to $10. I wasn't expecting it to be that much, unfortunately on my part I didn't have all of that money in my account or in cash at the time and asked if I could pay what I could on the card and pay the difference in cash. The daughter rudely responded with we cannot split the payment. I told her I couldn't get it then and she just rolled her eyes and hollered out cancel that order. I miss the mom and dad :-( running it. Like I said before I use to love going to them for coffee and wouldn't go anywhere else. I hope the customer service part will be addressed and corrected.

Arrogant and extremely rude to customers and their own staff... unfortunately right in front of customers and don't care. The customers are who keep their doors open obviously they don't need the money to stay open or they would treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve when they are choosing to spend their hard-earned money on their establishment.
