From out of town, this place was recommended to me so went to try it. Was a mistake, definitely go elsewhere. Lack of customer service, blameshifting, rude employees, and lack of accountability when mistakes are made. Doesn't take much to be nice, instead of defensive.

My wife and I have moved around a lot since college and one of our favorite things is local coffee shops. After moving back home after being gone 8 years we searched for our new favorite coffee shop and landed with beans and leaf’s! If you want some of the best most consistent coffee & food look no more. I always order the apple pie latte & it is by far one of the best coffees I have ever consumed. My wife normally gets their muffins and every flavor has been absolutely mind blowing good. Also, the chicken salad with nuts&berries is a good lunch option. For the people saying rudeness. Have you ever considered giving it a second chance? I am a somewhat shy person and the first time I felt blasted because of the energy that was giving back to me. It wasn’t a rude energy the owner & employees is just a fun high energy group. They have been nothing but extremely kind and down to earth to us. So, sometimes it’s just the way you handle to interaction. Anyways, love our weekly visits and highly recommend going!

I absolutely love this place! The guys that work there are the best! My favorites are the sugar free energy drinks. My husband loves to take a protein shake and they will create a sugar free protein coffee for him. You can't go wrong with their muffins, heavens, or the omelets. My husband's new favorite is the Buffalo ranch chicken salad sandwich. Great food, fabulous atmosphere, superb service and friendly faces.

Horrible customer service. They belittle customers in person and online. Then further belittle anyone who says anything negative about them by turning it around to make it like it’s the customers fault.

Do NOT ever go and order a drink and call it by the wrong name. RUDE!!! Latte with half and half is just that. I don’t care what you call it! Why you so rude? Treatment of customer so inappropriate! The owner is another small town minded person who it's her way or no way. I don't recommend this place. I can place a review saying there was too much red onion in the chicken salad but the owner will say no, its perfect. I can say the bread was stale but the owner will not agree. Stay away and grab a bite to eat at McDs. You'll receive better customer service.

Always a good experience at Beans and Leafs. From the coffee, to the Heavans, and the muffins, they never disappoint. Their place is always sparkly clean, the drinks are mixed to perfection, and the staff are genuinely happy to serve you.
