“Food was really good, portions are generous, and prices are fair. Service is friendly. Food is a little slow and arrives at different times for everyone at table, but worth the wait. It's shabby and run down, could use a good deep cleaning, but still a great place to have breakfast and lunch.”

“La Tia is a good place to eat and the prices are reasonable. The chair's are kind of heavy and it hard to move them around but food and service have been good.

Parking: Plenty of parking not hard to pull in and out of to get back on main road.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind and patient with children making them feel like an adult we there are at the age to order their own meal.”

“Our family loves the food here. We go at least once a month.3 things you should know:1. They are cash only now, this isn’t a big deal but can be a hassle2. The menu doesn’t have prices listed. Some of the items can be much more expensive than you’d expect (the torta is ~$18 now), the rest of the menu is priced well. We are big fans of their tacos.3. The food is great, & the owners are awesome!”

Parking: It's a small cafe about like Kathy Cupboard in Westmoreland. So lunch time is the busiest time. Usually plenty of places to park it's just getting out of the place. Rough.

Kid-friendliness: Everyone takes care of everyone's else children. We all help each other.”

“I got to say, when I left Macon County several years ago... The restaurant that was in place of Don Tequila was nothing of the caliber that I experienced today. Mainly the aesthetics of the restaurant, but still the old restaurant staff and food was good. The staff was second to none before, they are still on par with that now. I kind of had a shock experience as I was walking in and thinking where am I, this is not what I remember leaving. If you're in the area, go for it. It was good, I liked it, if I'm ever back there I will go back.”
