Hardee's is known for food that is out quick, fresh, and hot. The staff is always fast and friendly, going above and beyond to help customers. One visitor loved the service from a kind soul who was very friendly with an amazing smile. In the mornings, the food is hard to beat; by the time coffee is fixed up, the order is waiting. Despite the morning traffic, the staff handles it very well. However, some experiences have been distracting. A manager was seen vaping while walking from the front counter to the back station, which looked very unprofessional. Another time, a young girl was climbing on tables, yelling and screaming, while the employee on duty, who was her parent, announced she needed to poop and took her to the restroom. Overall, Hardee's remains a safe eating place with good food.
