08/18/2023 Tonight we dined in at Gentrys. Our steaks and salmon were amazing! Grandson ordered steak with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. He asked Ms. Lindsey for the recipes as they were the best he had ever eaten! Which she was happy to provide! Always great food and service!
So, if you haven’t been to Gentry’s Steakhouse, you are missing out!! OMGosh, the food is incredible!! My friends and I hiked the park nearby and came over for some amazing meals! We started with the fried mushroom plate, which came with 2 dipping sauces. I loved the raspberry chili and my friends liked the white dip. While I savored the 2 humongous pork chops covered in the same raspberry chili (huge fan of this) with sides of potatoes and glazed brussel sprouts, my friends enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks, baked potatoes and grilled asparagus! We opted to sit in the bar area- tough decision as the whole restaurant is adorable! The variety of beer was fun and the owner and his family were so welcoming! I feel like part of the Gentry family now and I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the hospitality and food again!!!
