Everything was really good. I just like to make a note that it seems the employees struggle a little bit cause it doesn't seem to be enough workers on shift. They keep smiling and doing their job tho!

Worst restaurant in this town to eat at! not only will you go there & they have no chicken like my last visit ! This time I ordered a K9 which is a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets at 8:00pm not sure if it was to close to closing time or they are just too lazy, but it’s not the first time I have been there and the employees have hopelessly failed to do their job! Just my opinion but I pretty sure they ripped one order of cold crusty nuggets in half to make two orders instead, Making some fresh & if I didn’t know any better, I’d swear someone took a bite out of one of them. We also asked for large fries and ended up with two small orders of fries that were old ,ice cold, and hard on top of that there was hardly any in the box ! They barely took enough food for one order and split it into two orders!! I think the KFC in Lafayette TN needs to be shut down. It’s a disgrace this was the 3rd and last time I will go to this KFC to be served with no regard to customer satisfaction. If horrible food is what you want to spend your money on than this is the place! When I had to ask for them to turn on the sign just so I could see the menu to order. I should’ve took that as a hint right and drove off. These are actual pictures of what my food look like straight out of the bag!

Tell me how you advertise saucy nuggets and then tell a customer they can substitute their regular nuggets for saucy nuggets. Make it make sense or train your employees. A simple google search told me in fact I can substitute them while SUPPLIES LAST. Yall are just lazy for real.

Ordered 10 piece meal. Got half an order, no biscuits. Called up KFC and was told that 5 10 piece all dark meat was not available. ok, but that's not what I ordered, and it was half the order anyway. 4/9/25update years later and it's still just as nasty of food the staff is rude. Can't wait till it closes. Maybe we can get a fast food place that actually gets the orders right.
Good food with the absolute worst service ever. Sunday night the dining room clearly marked closed at 8. Ordered at 735 and was told only doing to go orders. Lady running register had already cleaned the dining room and was very rude and demanding dining room was closed. Another family came in and they ate in dining room so I ate there too. Ever tried to eat chicken in vehicle? The employee had an attitude slamming chairs because she had to wipe off tables again. 28.00 for chicken you’d or at least I expect an environment worthy of price paid. I was up and out at 759pm. This is the type of behavior you’d expect from teenagers not a mature employee. Totally unacceptable.

Placed a mobile order because I was starving and needed a little something on my way home from work had to wait in line because the lobby was closed and the line was completely full and when I got my food it was cold and it literally was just a little chicken sandwich. I would have been more than happy to go inside and get it so that I didn't have to wait in line if that was the whole point then I would have ordered my food then and there for fresh hot food.

Ate lunch there with my wife today,chicken was over cooked, and tender didn't look like chicken anymore. Lady at the checkout was coughing and sneezing as we tried to order.no white meat,didn't give us the options to wait for freshly cooked. Wasted $30 will not return to this location.

We ordered chicken sandwiches. They looked and tasted old. It looked like they recooked prior cooked chicken. The breading was hard, the chicken was dry, and the breading looked dark. I keep hoping they get it together, but they don’t. I wouldn’t be surprised if it shuts down. The food was absolute trash.
