We ordered chicken sandwiches. They looked and tasted old. It looked like they recooked prior cooked chicken. The breading was hard, the chicken was dry, and the breading looked dark. I keep hoping they get it together, but they don’t. I wouldn’t be surprised if it shuts down. The food was absolute trash.

20 minutes for an 8pc bucket when there was only 1 other person, in the DRIVE THRU who had been waiting the same amount of time. We had our 2 yr old so was very hungry as well and growing inpatient. When we went up to the counter to ask how much longer, the guy just walked away and went back to playing on his phone. They had chicken coming out the ovens at breakneck speed but had customers waiting 20+ minutes for their meals. Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL, LAZY service!!!!! If i could give them zero stars, I would!!

Idk what’s changed but this was hands down the worst food I’ve ever ate and taste nothing like it did a few months ago. Chicken was old i wiggle the skin off the tender it’s insane. 22.99 and the only thing good was the drink

The chicken tenders tasted like rubber. The fries were cold. I will never visit another KFC anywhere. My family and I did not like the food at all. What happened to the food here? It used to be good.
Usually I don't have a problem with service or food. But every time I go through the drive thru, there's something wrong... no gravy!!! A while back no Mac and cheese that was ordered extra. And onetime no biscuits. You would think employees would double-check orders to be correct.

We decided to order Online to save time. We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches, a couple specials, and a bowl. Online said it would be ready at 6:20 pm.I get there around 6:25, go inside, ask for our food. I am told it was being worked on. No comment about running behind, no ETA on being ready. Because it's "being worked on", I wait inside. I watched as people, who ordered after I came in, get their food. I counted 4 orders. I am finally handed what is supposed to be our order, receive our drink after having to ask for it, and go out to the car to head home, but something tells me to check. Sure enough, not only is everything in my bag cold, but I am missing part of the order.When I go inside, I have to take everything out and open it all up to show that I'm not lying. I'm handed a bag with the "nuggets" in it. I asked for some type of compensation for the fact that it's now pushing 7:00 pm for an Online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:20 pm, as well as me having to go back in for stuff that was forgotten, only to be told that they don't do that for online orders, and I'll have to take it up with online.Everything is cold, the nuggets are not fully cooked, the breading is white instead of golden brown. This is not the first time we have had issues at this store, but it is the first time I was made to feel unwelcome just because I ordered online instead of at the window or counter. I do NOT recommend this store.
