Consistently lazy. And constantly closing the store early to avoid working. Horrible place would rate lower.
Helpful service ordering dine in at the counter and not the kiosk, but this location has NO baby changing area in the bathroom.
Every time I go, I get the wrong order I get pushed around in line. I have to wait. They always send me away from the window because the order is not ready on time. I don't know why the managers cannot do their job and manage the people they do not care about the service.
This is the worst McDonald's in the state.
I get moved to a waiting area every time I go to this McDonald’s. While waiting I watched 6 customers go through the line get their food and leave makes no sense I’m not making special orders. Then you get home and something is missing. This McDonald’s needs to get it together fulfill orders as taken and in a timely fashion.

Constantly gets orders wrong. Super long wait and sometimes they'll give out a whole line of orders before they remember you at the second window.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude, inept and ridiculously slow. Don’t bother ordering curbside to go, you will wait upwards of 20 minutes.
Whatever you do, do not opt to pay with Venmo or PayPal. They will take your money and say they have no orders.
This is the only location I’ve experienced that will accept orders when they’re closed and refuse to allow you to cancel.
Go anywhere else, literally anywhere.
The operating hours listed online are incorrect. We drove 20 minutes there because they stated they were open. They were not. Such a waste of time.
Good cheap food.
My 4 year old son and I chose to dine inside and we used the mobile app for Table service. We should have been able to just come in, sit at a table, put our table number in the app and wait for our food to be served to us. However the app was not working right and I was charged $18 for our food. We did not get the food and when I went to the register and spoke to a staff member, I was told that I would have to order again. Several teen staff members congregate new the register and the front door as they complained able working there. One female lady said she was about to quit. I replied that she should. Not that the job isn't for her but wasn't ready for this type of work. Eventually a manager gave us our food and my son ate and was happy. However, I was not. The service at this McDonald's is the worst out of any McDonalds I have every been too. This does not fall on the fact that it is staffed with young adults. It falls on the lack of leadership at this restaurant. Someone should be there at every shift leading these young adults to be their best. Alot of them will quit and go somewhere else. Let's face the fact that McDonalds is a first job for alot of people. Someone in leadership here should be ashame of how they have lead these kids in their first job. The behavior that was allowed here will surely follow these kids to their future careers. Hopefully someone in leadership will step up. As of now, I will not be returning to this restaurant for a while.
