I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that was very dry. No sauce! I should have ordered a crispy chicken sandwich deluxe. At least I would have got a dolip of mayo. Even the pickles were dry.

That is the worst burger I have ever eaten I ate it cause I was starving dry and burnt meat I didn’t know u can burn a burger when it’s set timer and also 15 20 min wait for your food in the drive through what the hell

I think every time I go here the order is wrong. I do not want to complain but It's just always wrong. Do better. I was scheduled for an interview I came in on time and they said that the manager that gives the interviews wasn't there... At my confirmed scheduled interview.. so I guess you guys didn't want actual help... Although it is needed.
Came here for breakfast with my fiancée and we ordered through the Mobile App for Drive Thru pickup. They asked us to park in a spot to wait and we waited nearly 20 minutes before he went inside to ask about our order. Turns out it was done, they’d just forgotten about giving it to us! Will not be ordering from here again, at least not when I’m hungry and want food fast. This McDonalds is NOT fast food.

McDonald's in Lafayette could put a bit more care into their customers food. Got chicken nuggets for my mom & I and got home and when we went to eat them, they looked like this. Tried one, and it straight taste like over cooked, never been cleaned oil on all these nuggets. My lemonade had something floating instead and the fries here are usually too undone or over cooked and not even salted enough. Only time food is fresh and good is just before lunch and even then it can be iffy. But what are you going to do? This is only McDonald's in Lafayette unless you want to drive 30 mins to Gallatin or Portland!
