I had the Chicken Monterey, with slaw and fried okra on the side. My lovely wife had the Catfish Plate with hushpuppies, fries, and a side salad. The food was awesome! The staff was very friendly and glad to answer our questions! We'll be back on Fridays after 5 for the buffet!

First, the waitress did not want to be there. The food was served lukewarm, the hushpuppies would not melt butter (which was soft). The fish was barely warm, to me it tasted like it was cooked in old oil. We also had fried pickels and fried mushrooms that was not even warm. Again they tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Next time I want fish, I am going to Helen's..

We went for breakfast and service was good however it took 30 minutes for us to get our food with 4 people inside the restaurant. Prices are good but portions are small. Staff is nice and very friendly
