Oh my goodness don't come here. They judged me for what I ordered, cross-contaminated food (literally dropped my chicken in the onions), threw the ingredients around, no welcome, no thank you, literally zero customer service WHATsoever. All around absolutely garbage training apparently because they can't even be polite. If you're vegetarian or have any food allergies, this is NOT safe location. Low portions on my partner's sandwich. Just. Don't. I was served by two ladies that looked like they absolutely hated to be there. Wow, I'm just speechless, I felt so horrible we almost walked out. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

This location use to be on point. I never, not once, ever had an issue the last five times that I have been to this location once I was dismissed when they were cashing me out and other customers were put in front of me one time they left off my Dr Pepper from my drink once they left off my cookies and will this time I order they wait until I get to the window tell me we don't carry that bread okay fine give me Italian herb and cheese oh well we're out of that okay just give me white then well said at the window for a good 4 minutes and here they come back talking about we don't have any black olives why wouldn't you have said that when I was ordering the sandwich and the customer service is gone down the people are just rude at this point I don't think I'll be going back

So clean and friendly atmosphere Ian and Samantha were great, Ian is very personable u can tell that he enjoys his job!!! It makes for such a great lunch when u go into have a meal and the person making ur food is so pleasant. To top the atmosphere, the food was amazing, the best subway I have been to in a very long time.

I said we wanted a 6 in on white, the lady got the bread and sliced it, I ask my grandson if he wanted the cold cut trio that he normally gets, he said yes, I turned around and the lady was making and handed to next lady, she never ask what kind he wanted, I assumed she heard me ask him. The lady put toppings on, we paid and left. The sandwich was not a cold cut trio. If the lady could have been friendly enough to ask what kind of sandwich he wanted, the order would have been correct. The first lady never said a word, just a hateful stare. Unprofessional.
Always thought a BLT consisted of a sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato. It even suggests that on the menu. I got bread and bacon. Requested mayonnaise as well but didn't even get that. We ordered 3 sandwiches, two of them were wrong, lettuce and tomato was missing from one of the others as well. Never had an issue before at this or any other subway. Bad experience. Drive through was a mistake.

I order periodically from the online app. This is the second time that my sub was incorrect. I love the subs here. But I don't appreciate my order being wrong after I pay my hard earned money to buy it with. You try to call the store and their line is busy. I tried for over 20 minutes and still busy. I will find a different store to go to from now on. Not pleased at all.
