Always fresh, exactly what I order every item, Everytime. Plus they are quit friendly and if for some reason they have you pull forward on a rare occasion, they do not forget about you. Quick to get you what you ordered.
Waited a while for food, for take out. We were waiting on fresh fries. Had 2 in the order total. Good thing I was paying attention. She put one fresh fry in the bag and handed us our order. I looked in the bag there was already one fry in there. I asked her if we could have 2 fresh fries, not 1 old and 1 new. She obliged. There were 2 dine in orders that came in after us and they got their food first. Ours was a simple beef n cheddar and classic RB w swapped buns. Nothing special....
Ordered two 1/2lbs of Roast beef, no bun. Recieved 2 regular sandwiches. No big deal, went back around. Was told to just take the bread off. Explained it was due to Celiac, that's why I ordered it without bread. He remade it, but huffed about it and had an attitude.
